Let's begin.
So today we are talking rejuvenation.
If you are feeling like you can't really take anything in right now,
Like if you were to receive more,
If you had to create more,
It's almost like you feel a bit too tired or you can't take much in,
Like maybe you are reading stuff and then you just have to fall asleep or you are,
It just feels like an effort to manifest,
Right?
Or an effort to receive.
So I've got to tell you,
Like if that's you,
I think that's kind of all of us right now,
But just to varying degrees.
And I really wanted to address it because I am seeing it stopping,
In particular,
Business owners or people who are really putting their life purpose out there from fully doing it because your vessel,
Your body has to be strong enough and grounded enough and be resourceful enough to be able to do it.
And this year that we've had has given a lot of us a mild form or perhaps for you it's a more extreme form of PTSD.
I don't say that lightly,
I really don't.
There's been a lot of times where even just going to the supermarket can suddenly feel like you can feel nervous and just tight inside,
Right?
So this has affected us all in different ways,
But one way that I'm seeing a lot with my clients,
Right,
Because I coach a lot of business owners in particular,
Is that they know they want to put their stuff out there in the world,
But they're actually feeling like they're a little bit too tired to do it as fully as they would.
And so I want to share with you what I'm doing right now and also what I'm giving my clients to do so that we make this a quick turnaround.
We can release whatever PTSD is still kind of in our bodies out because probably you've already cleared and healed it energetically,
Right?
And if you haven't,
Definitely work with your person that you normally work with or absolutely come and have some sessions with me.
But the body is a little bit longer.
It just takes a bit longer,
Right,
To release or to clear and heal because it's physical.
So usually when we have an emotion,
Say for example,
You were feeling fear.
Say you were feeling it for six months.
Your body,
It doesn't become your actual body's content.
It doesn't become form for about six months.
If you continued feeling fear,
Then you might start to feel you aching in your back,
Like aching in your lower back.
So if any of you are,
When you cook at night,
Do you ever feel like you've got lower back pain or aches?
Or if you're looking at your face,
Do you feel like you've got dark circles under your eyes?
Or do you just feel like the skin just feels a bit baggier,
Right?
I know that's not a major compliment,
But that's kidney energy.
And so fear over prolonged period of time or from an isolated incident that put a lot of fear into you literally runs your adrenaline really high,
Can leave a mark,
And then it can really reduce your kidney energy,
Which is in Chinese medicine,
Right?
And that's something I studied a long time ago along with yoga,
Which was when I was teaching it about 24 years ago.
So that's another thing for another time,
But really important to really now fortify the body.
So if the thought of just one more thing that you had to do makes you just want to lie in a huge,
Big star shape on the carpet and just go,
No,
I totally get you.
I totally get you,
Right?
And so this is what I'm doing.
I'm not doing all of these things right now,
But these are my tried and tested,
No fail.
I absolutely love them.
Tips to really get your body now to catch up with a new you,
Because let's face it,
Who you are now isn't even who you were a month ago.
It just isn't.
So this is your body now catching up to your higher vibration,
Right?
You're more crystalline now.
You've probably heard people talk about we're not as carbon,
We are more crystalline.
So with that comes diet,
Right?
My number one is diet.
So I've actually gone vegan.
I'm not going to say that.
I am eating a bit of fish,
So okay,
Vegan with a bit of fish.
But I've gone vegan here and there over the years,
But specifically since Christmas,
I'm like,
Man,
I can't anymore.
I literally am so turned off by it,
Whereas before I would love it.
And even though I was vegan,
I'd be like,
Nope,
I'm not doing it,
Right?
I'm not doing it because I know I feel so good when I am vegan.
But right now I'm like,
Yeah,
Now.
And it's not a huge reaction I'm getting.
It's a bit like basing off on that.
It's like,
No thanks,
Not interested in that.
So diet,
If you're a new you right now,
You're not even who you were last month,
What foods are calling you in?
One thing I've noticed is that either I'm eating for my body or I'm eating for my emotions.
So I check in and I'm like,
Body,
What do you need?
Her body's like,
Papaya,
Right?
Papaya,
Papaya.
I'm like,
Okay,
Cool.
Okay,
But emotional body,
What do you need?
And it's like,
I need chips.
So what I've done specifically over the last,
I would say three,
Four weeks is I have eaten for my body.
And if I wanna eat for my emotions,
I don't and I heal whatever comes up.
And I've been actually very fastidious about doing that.
And it's,
I felt great.
I feel the lightest I've ever felt in my spirit,
But also my body is really responding.
I feel brilliant,
Like through the trunk of my body and yeah,
It's working for me.
Now I'm not saying veganism is gonna work for you,
Right?
You might really want and need me.
Awesome.
But the best health is when you listen to your body,
Right?
And the best emotional health is when you listen to your emotions and heal and clear that with energy rather than with food.
I was reading a really interesting part of the Medical Medium's book.
I've got his new edition,
Massive,
Massive book.
He was talking about PTSD and he was talking about,
He reckons everybody's got it in some form or another,
Mild or extreme.
And for me personally,
I was in a beautiful healing session with a gorgeous woman that I do some stuff with.
And she said to me,
You're literally releasing the last bits of 40 years of,
And I'm not gonna say what it is,
Right?
Because I need to keep some things private,
But 40 years of carrying something.
And she said,
Your body is literally the last bit.
And so I'm helping my body.
I'm literally helping my body because I want to go hard and fast this year,
Right?
Not necessarily physically,
But in what I'm here to do.
And I know that you're the same as me,
Right?
You're exactly the same,
Right?
Because we know there's a lot we want to do this year.
And we know that we work best when we're just really fucking energized.
I feel like the fucking is really important in that.
So the Medical Medium was saying that when you go through anything traumatic,
You end up,
Your body uses up a lot of glucose,
Right?
Your brain needs the glucose.
And so if you've got a lot of reserves of glucose,
Your body's like,
Cool,
I'm a gang.
But if you haven't,
That starts to kind of tax you.
And then,
And I was reading it,
I was like,
Maybe that's why I really like sugar,
Right?
And then he goes,
That's why,
And I'm not quoting him,
Right?
But we can do it in my own words.
He said it much more beautifully,
I think,
Than I'm going to.
But that's why subliminally,
A lot of us reach for sugar,
Although we like the taste of it,
Actually,
It's what our body needs,
Right?
To replenish the brain glucose.
But,
And I say a big but,
The body doesn't need it from refined sugar,
Right?
Ever.
What the body needs it from is fruits and sweet vegetables like carrots and sweet potatoes and pumpkin,
Right?
And from my Chinese medicine days,
That's what we always used to do.
When somebody had a really tough time,
They were going through a lot,
They felt exhausted,
They felt depressed,
Or they were disillusioned or disappointed,
We were taught,
Make them something sweet,
And we would make them like a pumpkin and a zucchini bean stew to give them the sweetness in life they weren't getting from the outside.
Now I also know why that's feeding the part of the brain,
The brain,
Sorry,
Not the part,
What the brain needs.
What he was saying is that that glucose coats all the trauma,
It coats all the kind of stress and it calms everything down.
It's a little bit like putting water into a hot engine.
And he was also saying it's like when you have a hot curry,
Why often then like a sweet,
Something sweet at the end can cut through the heat.
So that's the connection.
So diet,
I've been doing a detox,
The Medical Medium detox,
I've been doing a smoothie every morning.
Smoothies like with wild berries,
Wild blueberries,
And dull seaweed,
And god spirulina,
And barley grass,
And orange goes in there,
Bananas go in there,
There's a whole heap.
And I can feel it,
I can literally feel the heavy metals leaving my body,
I'm feeling brighter and lighter.
I'm not there yet,
But I'm feeling it.
And that's the first stage of health,
When we feel it and then it becomes the body.
So diet,
Right,
Number one,
To be really supportive.
What are you taking in that is actually supporting you?
If you're going for stimulants or you're going for food that fills the moment but doesn't actually fill your body with what it needs,
I feel we just prolong the tiredness.
We go up and down like a yo-yo.
I'm finding now,
I've got so much energy at night,
The other night I wasn't even sleepy,
It was like 11pm,
And I was like,
Oh I just want to,
I could literally have gone out and just bounced up and down on a trampoline.
Actually I wish I had a trampoline,
I think that'd be really cool in the garden.
Watch this face.
Anyway,
So that's number one.
Another thing I love to do is,
And I often do this with clients,
Although they don't realise it,
Right,
So I'm coaching.
If I've got a particularly big day of coaching,
I fill up a bucket of water,
I throw in Epsom salts,
And usually I like to put in a sprig of rosemary.
You could put in essential oils,
And I soak my feet.
And it's the best thing ever.
It's very grounding.
My body is loving the Epsom salts,
It's clearing everything.
You've got all the points in your feet,
Right,
So everything's also being cleared and energised.
And I'll soak my feet for about 20 minutes and then put my feet on a towel,
And obviously I'm coaching via Zoom,
Right,
Or via the phone.
It's awesome.
Really beautiful to do if you're watching TV and you're just fucking tired.
Really great to do as well.
I used to do this where I knew I'd be too lazy to get the bucket and get the salts and get the oils by the evening,
So I had it pre-set up,
And those of you that have worked with me in the past will know I've probably given this to you as bliss work,
Which is my version of homework,
Which is literally get the bucket,
Get it all ready to rock and roll,
And get it next to your couch,
Right?
So that by the time the evening comes,
All you have to do is just fill up the bucket,
The salt's already there,
Your oils are ready to rock and roll,
Perfect.
It's like the self-love now for your future self,
Right?
It's like a little love note to your future self at 7pm tonight,
Or 3pm this afternoon when you're tired.
The third thing that I love to do was talk to me actually when I was doing my yoga teacher training back in 1997,
All those years ago back in Sydney,
And we were taught to do this,
You basically get salt and you put it on your back,
And the salt on your back,
Your kidney energy gets really rejuvenated by the salt,
So this is how it works.
And I will say you get very strengthened from it,
Particularly if you've been feeling depleted,
It actually puts power and strength in,
There's something about the salt,
I don't know if it's osmosis,
I don't know what it is,
But the kidneys,
Kidneys like salt anyway,
Good salt,
But this really works.
So what you do is you dry fry salt,
It can be any old salt,
It doesn't have to be your posh expensive pink salt,
Right?
It can be any old shitty salt,
Honestly it doesn't matter.
Dry fry it in a pan,
By that I mean just cover the layer of a pan with salt,
No oil,
And as you dry fry it,
Kind of like on a low medium heat,
Wait for a few minutes and it will start to go brown and it will start to pop,
You can mix it a little bit,
As soon as it starts to pop,
Take it off the heat,
Don't touch it,
It is like,
Think of it like caramel,
It will give you the worst burns ever,
Do not touch it.
Pour it into a clean tea towel,
Make the tea towel long and just wrap it in on itself,
And then you're going to hold each end.
Now this is easier when you've got somebody to do it with you.
You give it to the person,
You lie on your front,
Face resting in your hands,
Watching television or watching something on your computer for example,
And they're going to place that over your lower back,
Right?
So exactly where the ache would be or exactly where you feel cold,
They're going to place it on there.
Now originally,
Initially it's going to be very very hot,
So you want to put it just very gently over clothes and then as it cools down,
You can put it directly,
As in the towel,
Directly on your skin,
But you'll know when that is.
And what it does,
It will get it really warm,
The skin will get hot,
It brings all the blood to your kidneys as well,
Cleans them out,
It will feel really beautiful.
So you can use that salt for three goes,
You might use it three days in a row,
And then stop,
Give yourself a break for four days,
And then you can go three days on again.
Obviously check with your doctor if you have any queries or you're not sure,
And obviously the best gauge of everything I'm saying right now is you.
You know whether this is going to work for you and you know if this is going to be right for you,
So never ever give your power away to anybody who tells you what to do forever,
It goes for you and me,
For all of us,
Literally,
If it feels right to do,
Give it a go.
It's particularly nice in winter but it's beautiful to do anytime,
Really supportive of the nervous system.
Another gorgeous thing to do is to have a ginger bath.
So you grate a couple of tablespoons of ginger.
Ginger's like the unsung hero,
I feel like people are not really talking about ginger topically just yet,
Again I learned this 24 years ago now when I was learning my teacher training,
Can't believe it,
24 years,
Oh my god,
And you basically grate two tablespoons of juicy ginger,
Not the dead kind,
It needs to be juicy and fresh and new.
Grate it,
Put it into muslin or a clean jade cloth or even a clean tea towel but because it's going to probably stain whatever it goes into yellow,
Make it like an old tea towel that you don't care about,
Put an elastic round the top so it becomes a pouch of ginger and then put it in the bath.
Squeeze it,
Your bath goes yellow,
Like you've weed in it,
That's perfect,
Get into the bath,
You'll feel utterly amazing,
It will bring all the heat to you,
It's really good if you've got your period or you've got a cold or the flu or you're just feeling a bit tired,
It does wonders for the skin.
After that bath you can literally walk around naked for about 10 minutes and you're not going to cool down,
Wrap up and go straight to bed.
You will wake up the next morning with the smoothest of skin,
You'll have a beautiful complexion and it will just,
It brings blood to the surface so it really does a lot for your skin but it's very,
Ginger's very warming,
It's very yangizing and it's very strengthening so I highly recommend it.
You can add a little bit of oil to the bath if you want to,
I know some people add sesame to it,
Sesame oil because that's a very warming oil.
If you have sensitive skin you might want to start with a tablespoon and start with that or if you have really sensitive skin start with maybe a teaspoon and start like that,
That's a really beautiful thing to do.
I've got 10 here,
I've totally lost count because I'm not going in order so anyway.
The next one I want to talk to you about is plant medicine.
So I'm a homeopathic girl,
I just love homeopathy,
I've been using it for,
My god,
Really since,
Before I went into labour with my daughter that's when I first got a homeopath to give me homeopathics for the birth and so yeah,
It was 21 years ago.
I've been using the same homeopathy,
It's been absolutely amazing.
So homeopathy is brilliant for nervous systems,
Flower essences,
Flower essences are very nuanced so if you're already highly sensitive they're going to give you that nuanced little kind of click in the right direction that you're needing so that your body also supports the energetic changes you're making in your life.
Herbs,
There's a few herbs that I'm playing with at the moment,
I'm probably not going to say it but ashwagandha,
Ashwagandha is beautiful,
It's for the nervous system and it feels like it's incredibly,
It's like getting a hug from a monk,
Like a Tibetan monk,
It's a very peaceful feeling that overcomes me when I take it.
The other one is licorice,
Literally with a licorice extract when I take it,
I feel my kidneys warm up.
I'm very sensitive,
I'm highly sensitive to what things do to me so even if you're not,
Just know that these things are really designed to heal our nervous system.
It's a little bit like we have every plant available on this planet to heal every part of us,
Every single ailment,
There's a plant for every ailment and there's a human being for every problem.
So if you're still holding back on your life's purpose or you're still holding back,
Please when you can,
Get yourself supported so you can get yourself out there because you are needed,
There's no one like you.
Just like there's a different plant for every need,
There's a different person for every need,
We all need each other.
So licorice extract and then there's nettle leaf extract and nettle leaf,
Again,
It's great for growing,
If your eyebrows have not been as thick and plush,
They're great for growing back eyebrows,
Hair,
Skin and again,
It's nervous system.
So I'm a great fan of the company Nature's Answer,
I'm not paid by them or anything at all but I've used them for many,
Many years and the reason I like them is that they use extracts rather than tinctures.
Tinctures traditionally are alcohol based and I feel like as we get more and more crystalline,
We really want to be taking an alcohol in as a preservative where I feel it might counteract its power,
Like if my liver is then having to process the alcohol,
I feel like it's not something that's coming in 100% and that's just my personal viewpoint,
You might love tinctures,
You might be someone that makes tinctures,
Awesome,
Just telling you what works for me and you can take it or leave it.
So Nature's Answer do extracts and they actually talk about it on their site,
Why they do extracts,
You can get them from Amazon,
IHerbs and all around the world,
They're brilliant.
Another thing I love is there's a beautiful oil called Hypericum,
Which is as you know homeopathic but its other name is St.
John's Wort Oil and it comes from a reddish flower and the oil is sort of reddish so you can't drop it on anything,
It's beautiful.
If you feel anxious or your mind's busy,
You are just a bit agitated,
Maybe you've taken on too much during the day and you're just needing something extra to support you,
Rub this on your temples,
Rub this on your upper chest,
Rub this around your kidneys and your adrenals and your lower back and also on your tummy,
Wherever you're holding the emotion,
Rub it there,
Even on your forehead,
You'll sleep beautifully.
I absolutely love this oil,
It can stain white clothing or white sheets so just kind of be aware of that but it's such a beautiful oil,
It's great for aches and pains as well,
Like achy hips or achy knees,
It's beautiful so I highly recommend that and again,
All of these things,
Do your own research,
Check them out,
Some of these are sun sensitive so I think Hypericum is so you don't want to go out into the sun with it but basically have a look and see what floats your boat,
Go on to nature's answer and see what herbs speak to you,
Nature is giving you the support that you need,
It's giving me the support I need,
It's just finding what resonates with you.
With the nettle,
It also sharpens me,
I feel like I get more energy from it as well which is very different to the licorice and the ash wonder,
However you say it.
Also superfoods,
If you're on my social media and on Instagram,
I just posted up a beautiful chocolate tart that I made,
It was a cacao tart that I made a couple of weeks back and hey,
I made it with shizhilit,
I made it with lukuma,
I made it with maca,
I made it with goji berries,
I made it with gold ormus,
Right so it's a superfood tart that is incredibly supportive to the nervous system because when you're having it,
It's giving you nourishment,
It's actually nourishing you from the inside.
The cacao is a stimulant but cacao is like theobromine so it's different to caffeine,
You're not going to get this huge high and this huge low,
Right?
So anyway,
Gorgeous,
Gorgeous,
Gorgeous and I decorated it with rose petals and honestly I am showing up,
I'm really proud of it,
It was very,
I felt like a little joy when I was making it and it tasted great.
Another thing is beautiful herbal teas,
Chamomile,
Right?
Oh my god,
Chamomile can knock you out.
Another beautiful tea is lavender,
Have you ever got the fresh lavender,
Are they called?
Seeds are not seeds are they?
They're just like little flowers,
Yes lavender flowers,
You can just,
I buy them off this beautiful lady on Etsy and I drink that at night and I've got like this beautiful lilac tea that I'm sipping from and it just calms everything down.
So even if,
You know,
You know that your nervous system needs support,
If you don't have energy to do the things you want to do,
That's nervous system,
Right?
Your nervous system.
Another one is vivain tea,
Right?
Or it's also known as lemon verbena tea.
You have to get,
And again all of these,
You have to get really high level products,
Don't ever go for the cheapest,
Worst ones because like anything,
Quality is everything.
I know you probably already know that,
If you're like me you already know that.
But I have to say it because I have seen some people and they buy just the crap stuff from,
You know,
The local,
The local health store that's not really a health store,
Do you know what I mean?
You know,
It's all just pre-packaged stuff and that stuff isn't going to work,
It's just full of fillers.
So again,
Vivain tea knocks me out.
I have that,
I literally can't stay awake beyond another half an hour.
So again,
Look at some teas,
Play with the teas.
Some of the best herbal teas I've found have been on Etsy.
There are some beautiful individual makers out there that really know what they're doing and they're just awesome.
If you want to go more commercial,
Pucker teas in the UK,
I think they sell them also in Australia,
Absolutely beautiful.
So that's teas,
Right?
Another one I do is it's my three breaths in,
My three breaths out.
So this is any time you are just needing to stop and connect to yourself.
Maybe you're going through something,
You just take your hands onto your belly and you breathe in and you hold your breath in and you breathe out through your mouth.
So if we do two breaths together now,
So breathing in,
Holding your breath in.
And for a beat.
And then breathing out through the mouth.
And again,
Just breathing in and feel your belly fill up your hands,
Right?
You want your hands to go wider.
And then breathe out.
So taking those three breaths in,
Holding them and then breathing out through the mouth.
Your hands are on your belly,
Very calming.
It will connect you in that moment.
You can only be connected to yourself and nothing else.
So three breaths in through the nose,
Holding and out through the mouth.
This is a yoga breath that we learned 24 years ago.
I've been teaching and it's the best thing ever.
And I do it regularly on really busy days.
I stop moving and this is what I do.
The next one is reminding ourselves,
Right?
Remind yourself that your higher self,
Which is also known as your future self,
Has already gone through this moment in time successfully.
She's already gone through this day.
She already knows what the highest timeline is,
But she already knows what you're going through and she knows how to get through this successfully because she's done it.
Because she wouldn't be there otherwise.
She wouldn't be your higher self because she wouldn't have gotten to the future.
So we know that.
So knowing that your higher self has already gone through this moment successfully,
It's very calming to the nervous system.
And a great question that I like to ask myself is,
How would my higher self see that?
How would my higher self see that?
So if you are dealing with something right now,
How would your higher self see it?
What comes to you?
What's the highest perspective?
And going from a higher perspective is also needed when the lower perspective,
The human perspective feels so fractious.
It's going,
Ah,
Okay.
Right?
Not saying that you bypass the feelings.
You know me,
I'm a great one of never bypassing it,
But it's also important to go out and up and go,
Okay,
What's the higher truth here?
And you'll hear and go,
Okay,
I get it.
A lovely one that I also learned from Chinese medicine is get the into bed before 10pm at night.
So I get myself into bed before 10pm at night most nights,
Even if I'm not tired.
Okay,
So actually last night,
Case in point,
Actually wasn't tired last night,
I got into bed at half nine.
And I just thought,
I'm not even going to waste time watching a TV programme,
Right,
Or watching YouTube.
I'm not even going to remember it in the morning.
So just get into bed and just see what happens.
Out,
Out like a light.
Here you go.
Right?
Or at least I'll meditate in bed until my body,
Until I can really be in my body and go,
Okay,
I need to sleep now.
So getting into bed before 10 is very supportive of the nervous system,
Very supportive of kidney energy.
Very,
Very supportive of us in general,
And also not eating too late at night.
So in the evening,
I might do a small piece of fruit,
That's it.
And that's what works for me.
But I used to eat a lot.
And then of course,
What's your body doing during the night?
It goes well,
Sorry,
Marina,
I've got to process all the food.
I can't even get to your emotional state.
I can't even get to heal your body from any emotion that's still trapped.
Because there's a huge banana cake in your stomach and I've got to do that.
Sorry,
I have to do the biggest thing in you right now.
Right now it is the banana bread.
So that's a really big one.
And then lastly,
Lastly,
Lastly,
Beautiful lastly,
Is receiving support in energy form.
Actually there's two more.
I'm going to go,
So receiving support in energy form is a huge one,
Right?
Every successful business owner,
Every successful person I've ever known and I've ever coached always needs somebody to support them with energetics.
That could be a kinesiologist.
That could be your facialist,
Your massage therapist.
That could be a coach,
Somebody who can do healing stuff on you.
That might be a practitioner that does healing.
That could be Reiki.
It could be anything,
Right?
But I've always had somebody that I pay or I do swaps with that supports me with energy management.
Because I need clearing and healing too,
Right?
And I do a lot on my own,
But I can't do everything on my own.
I can't get to everything on my own,
But nor should I,
Right?
Nor would I either.
And so for me,
It is so important to have that support coming to me in energy form,
Right?
We need it in physical form.
I'm going to talk about that in a minute,
But we need it in energy form.
And that is so needed for the nervous system.
So that's receiving support in energy form.
Very,
Very needed.
And you shouldn't have to be doing everything on your own.
It's too much.
It's just too much.
Part of that too is also receiving support in physical form.
So we've talked about receiving in sort of plant and herbal and ways that you can physically help yourself,
But receiving love and support from somebody who can only do reciprocal relationships with you is incredibly healing for your nervous system.
Particularly if you've walked away from a lot of one-sided relationships where it was always me,
Me,
Paul,
My husband always calls them my me,
Me friends.
I used to,
He used to walk past me when I was on the phone and he'd go,
Is that one of your me,
Me friends?
And I'd be like,
No,
It isn't.
Only to be proved completely wrong,
Like a couple of years later,
I'm like,
What was I thinking?
He can always call it way before me,
Right?
First tense,
Cause I'm really good now,
But it's important for us to receive.
It's very healing to have time with people who are not going to grab our energy,
Who are not going to take,
Who don't want anything from us,
Who just simply want to enjoy us and literally want to give and receive.
So it's just beautifully reciprocal and who,
Who can just do that,
Right?
Part of that is understanding your worth,
Right?
If you have been stopping yourself from having fun,
From resting,
From having downtime,
And in your mind you're like,
Well,
When I make it,
Then I'll do that.
Then I'll take the holidays.
You aren't realising something.
You aren't realising that you're as worthy now as you're going to be when you hit the big time or when you make it or when you meet him or when you get your business to a certain level,
You get your income to a certain level.
You reach and make an impact on a certain level of the population,
Whatever it is,
It's in your mind that may be stopping you from taking any of these 10 beautiful things that I've talked about today.
Remember this,
You are worthy now.
So one of the things I do with my clients is we always,
And I've got a whole chapter in my book on this,
We up the self love because if you're thinking,
Well,
When I've made it,
I'll be able to take bigger breaks,
I'll be able to fully sit here and relax,
Then you're saying that's the energy of that frequency of when I've made it.
You've got to pull that into the here and now,
Honey.
You've got to pull it into the here and now.
So pull it into the here and now.
I've given you these 10 things,
Which ones really resonate with you or which ones have you let go of in your life that you're like,
You know what,
I'm going to pull them back in.
Don't make this into a job,
Don't make this into another project,
Right?
Because that's going to exhaust you hugely,
Not into any of that.
But what could you put in that would take no effort for you and would feel like you are receiving because this is how we heal the nervous system.
This is how we grow our resilience,
Strength,
Stability to be able to deal with stuff is by actually receiving until we are full.
So receive away and you know me,
One of my favourite sayings,
It's all in my book and I love it is,
Am I treating myself like a goddess right now?
Are you?
What'd you get?
Yes or no?
Tell me out loud.
Right?
If it's anything but a yes,
Make the shifts,
Give yourself what you would give yourself in the future when you'd already made it.
Because if you want that timeline to come closer,
That's what you need to do.
And I'll tell you now,
My clients,
They double and triple their income and we don't even work on money.
What we work on is clearing and healing and self love and it works every single time.
