This quick yoga flow is perfect to bring energy into the body,
The mind,
And the spirit.
Perfect to begin your day to energize yourself or any time during the day that you need an energy boost.
Let's begin in a seated position.
Resting in your lap.
Close down the eyes.
Relax into the breath.
Feeling the connection physically,
Mentally and emotionally.
Take a deep inhale.
Exhale out of the mouth.
Continue with long deep breathing to bring the natural energy into the body connecting to the mind and the spirit.
And gently flicker the eyes open.
Coming to tabletop,
Moving into cat-cow.
And you can make this movement quickly.
Gently or slowly.
Listen to your body intuition.
What feels right?
As you begin to create this energy physically in the body,
Connecting mentally to the mind.
In spiritually to the heart.
And come to a neutral spine.
Curl the toes under if they weren't already and push back and up into downward dog.
Long,
Deep breathing as you stretch into your downward dog.
Walk your feet to meet your hands.
Bow forward,
Folding from the hips.
Inhale to a flat back.
Exhale,
Bow forward.
And then rise up as you lift the hands high up to the sky.
Hands meet above the head.
Bring the hands down in prayer pose in front of the heart.
And take a deep inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale,
Swoop the hands down,
Around and up.
Exhale,
Bow forward.
Inhale to a flat back.
Exhale,
Bow forward.
Step the right foot back.
You can inhale into this high lunge.
Or you can bring the right knee down.
Honor your body.
Take a couple deep inhales and exhales.
And then exhale,
Both hands down on the earth.
Come back through.
Downward dog.
Deep inhale.
Exhale.
Step the right foot in between the hands.
Inhale to a high lunge or resting the left knee to the earth.
Long deep breathing.
Bring both hands on either side of the right foot.
Step the left foot to meet the right.
Folding forward.
Inhale to a flat back.
Exhale,
Fold forward.
Inhale,
The hands down,
Around,
And up.
Palms meet high above the head.
And exhale the hands into prayer pose in front of the heart.
Pausing there a moment.
Inhale the hands down around and up Exhale,
Bow forward.
We're going to repeat the sequence.
Move with your breath,
Not necessarily my words.
So as you are folding forward,
Inhale to a flat back.
Exhale,
Bow forward.
Step the right foot back,
Coming into your lunge,
Whatever suits your body today.
Long deep breathing.
Exhale,
Both hands down.
Move into downward dog.
Step the right foot in between the hands.
Inhaling into your lunge Exhale both hands down.
Step the left foot to meet the right.
Fold forward.
Inhale to a flat back.
Exhale,
Fold forward and bring the hands down around and up.
Palms meet above the head.
And bring the palms down in front of the heart center,
Pausing there a moment.
Moving through this one more time at your own pace.
Inhale.
Hands down,
Around and up.
Exhale,
Bow forward.
Inhale to a flat back.
Exhale,
Bow forward.
Step the right foot back into lunge.
Exhale,
Bow.
Bring both hands down to the earth.
Stepping into downward dog.
Step the right foot.
Between both hands.
Inhale the hands up.
Coming into your lunge.
Exhale both hands down on either side of the right foot.
Step the left foot to meet the right.
Fold forward.
Inhale to a flat back.
Exhale,
Bow forward.
Inhale the hands down around and up.
Hands come into prayer pose in front of the heart.
Pause there a moment.
Release the hands down at your side.
Step the left foot back,
Coming into warrior two.
Long deep breathing.
Reverse warrior.
Inhale back into warrior two.
Straighten the right leg,
Come into triangle pose.
Side angle Honor your body intuition wherever the left arm is.
Intuitively wants to move and also the right arm maybe it's resting on the top of the right thigh,
Maybe the right hand is on the earth beneath you.
Honor your body intuition.
Inhale,
Back up into star pose.
Exhale into warrior two on the left side.
Long,
Deep breathing.
Reverse warrior.
Come back through warrior two.
Shift into triangle pose.
Moving mindfully.
Side angle on the left side.
Come back up through star.
And bring the hands in prayer pose.
Sit down into horse pose.
Inhale the arms back up into star pose.
Bring the hands on the hips.
Deep inhale and exhale as you fold from the hips.
Bring the hands to the earth beneath you.
Fold in and down.
Inhale to a flat back,
And then bring the hands on the hips,
Rising up.
Heel toe the feet together.
And then gently come down onto your mat into a seated position.
Cross the legs in front of you.
Pausing here for a moment,
Palms facing up.
Close down the eyes.
And then gently and mindfully extend the legs out in front of you.
Anchor the sit bones into the earth beneath you.
Inhale the arms and the hands.
High up to the sky.
Exhale,
Bow forward.
Release into the pose using your breath.
On the next inhale,
Release the pose,
Rolling up one vertebrae at a time.
And gently roll back.
Down onto your mat.
Bring the knees into the chest.
If it feels comfortable.
Massaging back and forth on the lower back.
Coming to happy,
Baby.
You can stay still or rock from side to side and put a smile on your face.
What is it that.

.
Will be the focus for the rest of your day.
That you're desiring to embody.
Bring that into your heart center.
And then gently come to center.
Release the happy baby and hug the knees in one more time.
Extend the legs out.
Resting down in shavasana so you can absorb the benefits.
Of the flow.
That brought energy into the body,
The mind and the spirit.
Just relax into this posture for a moment.
Take a deep inhale.
And as you exhale,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Come into this full body stretch.
And roll up any way that it feels right for you,
Whether it be rolling to one side or the other or on the back.
Meeting me in an upright seated position.
And bring the hands together in prayer pose.
Bowing your head to your heart center,
Honoring yourself.
For taking the time.
To create this energy.
Connection.
To the body,
The mind,
And the spirit.
Feeling energized.
With a heart full of gratitude.
