Face slow yoga.
Is the experience of movement and stretching,
Where you bring the body,
The breath,
And the faith together.
A space to slow down,
Soften,
And reconnect with God in a deeper way.
With every breath,
It becomes a prayer.
Every posture becomes an opportunity to surrender.
And every moment of stillness becomes a chance to listen.
To truly listen beneath all the noise and the busyness of everyday life.
This practice is an invitation to come back to yourself,
Back to the presence of God.
Take a deep inhale.
And a long,
Deep exhale.
Don't let go.
Open your heart.
And gently move your way into child's pose.
When you bow forward.
You practice humility and surrender.
Opening the chest.
To create space to receive God's love,
Peace,
And guidance.
Coming still.
And completely letting go.
And move your way into a seated cat cow.
Let the breath guide you.
In Matthew 11,
28,
It says,
Come to me all who are weary and burdened.
And I will give you rest.
Let the breath guide you.
And when you're ready,
Come to stillness.
Hands in prayer pose.
Deep inhale.
