Come into a comfortable seated position or purview. Perhaps you desire to lie down. Whatever posture resonates with you to relax, To welcome, To receive loving thoughts. Becoming aware of your breath and allowing the breath to start to relax the body and the mind. Take your shoulders and shrug them up and then release them down to let go of anything from the past as you welcome in these new loving thoughts. I will say the affirmations and you may repeat them to yourself silently or out loud. Or maybe you just want to receive my voice with the affirmations washing over you. Take a deep inhale to begin. Inhaling out of the mouth. I am here and I am safe. I love my body and I trust its wisdom. I trust in the process of life. I am living a happy life. I am radiant and beautiful.
