I'm going to guide you through the heart breath meditation.
And the heart breath is something that will help you drop out a very busy mind chatter and come into your heart and feel a sense of peace and clarity.
The heart breath is really good to use at times when you can't seem to stop thinking certain negative thoughts.
It's good for reducing fear.
It's good for finding clarity about ideas that you have.
Because when you're in your heart,
The heart actually,
When you allow the energy in your heart to expand,
The heart actually has a far more powerful energy than the energy of your brain.
And so by coming into your heart and doing this breathing,
It will help you expand the field of heart energy all around you.
It will help calm your busy brain.
And it will bring you clarity about things that are really coming from your heart.
And this is really important when you want to follow your heart.
So let's get started.
Okay.
So first off,
Bring to mind something,
You know,
Something pleasant,
Something that when you think of it,
It brings a smile,
Just something very simple that's just delightful,
Very simple.
And bring that to mind.
And now close your eyes and begin to breathe very slowly in and out through your nose.
And as you're breathing deeply,
Just bring your breath down to your belly so that you're really filling with oxygen.
Nice and slow and deep.
And now bring your breath to your heart.
And imagine that you're breathing in and out of your heart as if a nose was in your heart and you were breathing in and out of your heart.
Nice,
Slow,
Deep breaths in and out of your heart.
And as you're breathing in and out of your heart,
Drop that delightful thought right into your heart.
So whatever came to your mind,
Just drop it right into your heart,
That feeling of delight,
Whatever brings a smile and allow it to be infused with heart energy.
And allow the energy to expand,
The delight to expand,
The joy to expand,
Love to expand as you breathe in and out of your heart.
And as you're breathing,
Just notice that this breath begins to expand your heart.
And your heart is expanded with glistening,
Beautiful heart energy.
Healing and loving heart energy.
All there inside your heart.
And now as you're breathing,
Imagine and see that this heart energy is expanding even further into your body,
Into your cells,
Your organs,
Into your brain,
Down your spine,
All the way to your feet,
Heart energy,
Breathing in and out of your entire body,
Filling all the places where it needs to go.
Your heart is very wise and it will do what it needs to do.
So just allow this heart energy to fill you wherever you need to be filled,
Whatever needs healing and care and strength and courage.
And now as you're breathing,
Notice that this energy is going even further.
And your heart energy glistening and beautiful is extending outside your body,
Expanding until it forms a field around you of beautiful heart energy.
And this field of heart energy is loving you for who you are.
It knows who you are.
It's there to support you,
Encourage you and guide you.
And when you're in this place,
This is a very good time to ask a question or you need clarity.
So go ahead if you want and ask a question and know that the answer will come to you when it's ready to come.
And so be patient and allow whatever needs to come to you to come.
And breathe in and out very deep into this heart energy and just notice how it feels to you and know that you can come back here at any time.
With the power of your breath and the power of your heart.
And now bring your breath back into your heart,
Centered in your heart.
The field of heart energy is still around you,
Holding you and loving you.
And now feel the strength of your heart,
The power of your heart,
The courage coming from your heart,
The beauty of your heart.
And with another breath,
Nice and deep,
Bring yourself to center.
Bring in and out fully centered,
Guided by your heart,
Protected with love to be exactly who you are.
And when you're ready,
Feeling centered,
You can open your eyes.
And breathe and just notice how you feel.
Notice how the energy around you feels and notice what happened when you dropped into your heart.
What happened to your mind?
And did anything come to you,
Any new clarity?
You might want to write this down.
And the more that you use this breath,
The easier it will get.
You will get in there very,
Very quickly.
And it's a beautiful place to come whenever things don't feel right.
Just come back to your heart and when you're in your heart,
You can get the clarity,
The support,
The courage,
The love that you need.
