This is a heart chakra meditation with crystal singing bowls.
Let's begin in a comfortable seat with your palms gently resting on your knees.
Close your eyes and begin to bring your awareness to your breath.
Just observe your breath.
Let's take a deep breath in through your nose.
Hold the top of your inhale and exhale out your nose.
One more time,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Hold the top of your inhale and exhale out your nose.
And one last time,
Deep breath in,
Taking in a little bit more of air.
Hold the top of your inhale and as you exhale let it all go.
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the inhale coming in through your nostrils,
Filling your chest and making its way down to your belly.
Follow your exhale empty from your belly through your chest and out through your nostrils.
Continue breathing like this,
Feeling the cool air coming in and the warm air coming out.
If any thoughts or sensations begin to distract you and take you away from your breath,
Let them go,
Simply and without judgment acknowledge them and let them go,
Bringing your awareness back to your breath.
Follow your breath through your nose,
Feel the cool air enter your body and the warm air exit out.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center,
The home of compassion.
Allow the space to open up slowly with each breath.
Continue breathing and allow your heart to expand and to open.
Inhale,
Feel the energy of your heart chakra and as you exhale let your heart take up a rest.
Continue breathing.
Safe and secure in this space.
Allow this energy and the sound to feel you and to nourish you.
Now repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself.
I accept things as they are.
I forgive myself and others.
I choose to love myself unconditionally.
I choose to release all my fears,
My concerns and worries.
I follow my heart.
I choose to nurture my inner child.
I am worthy of love.
I give and receive love effortlessly and unconditionally.
I choose compassion over judgment.
I choose connection over division.
My heart is open,
Loving and pure.
I am free.
I am free.
I am free.
As you rest in the vibrations of the affirmations and the sound of the singing bowls,
Bring your awareness back to your heart center.
Now bring your awareness back to your breath.
Begin to deepen your breathing.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let it all go.
Bring some light movement back into your body,
Gently moving,
Bringing yourself back to your space.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
