This meditation is on balance, which is not necessarily staying in one centered point, but is about shifting back and forth, and allowing balance to come from alignment. As we go together into the quiet, in each breath, allow the infinite to fill you with possibilities, with guidance about what's next, what's yours. On the exhale let go of any attachment that it needs to be a particular way. The next blessed gift from spirit - for each of us - is only a breath away.
