A Practical Prayer for Perfect Health & Comfort

This Practical Prayer follows a specific formula, which was distilled from the effective prayers done in all major religions. Professional practitioners of healing prayer have proven the formula effective over the course of many decades.

I speak this practical prayer for perfect health and comfort in the first person and invite you to know this truth for yourself also in the first person.

There is one power,

One infinite intelligence,

One creator that has made everything that exists in the physical universe and it continues to create.

Every aspect of this creation exists in perfect harmony within itself and in relation to all else.

Everything I see,

Touch,

Or know is a creation of this One.

Everything of course includes me.

I too am the creative expression of the One.

Every aspect of my life began as an idea in the mind of this infinite intelligence and it all fits together in the perfect harmony of a single creation.

My body is this harmony.

Every cell,

Every tissue,

Every organ and enzyme is part of this one perfect creation and it all works together in divine harmony.

I am perfect health and perfect comfort.

I live in divine balance and harmony.

Anything that causes me physical discomfort,

Distress,

Or disease is a temporary experience only.

It has nothing to do with the truth of me.

It's not a problem to be fixed but simply an indication that I have the opportunity to come more fully into the balance,

Harmony,

And experience of health that are my birthright.

I claim my perfect health and harmony now.

I know that anything that's been out of balance or physically challenging resolves immediately.

I am grateful for this perfect health,

For my ability to state this truth and know that it creates my experience.

With deep gratitude,

I accept this good and know that it is so.

And so it is.
