In today's meditation,
We're going to face our fears,
And all I can say is that you're going to be in a safe environment because we're going to work with your thoughts,
And your thoughts cannot hurt you if you don't let them,
But we're going to be in a protected environment.
So it's okay to experience those thoughts because it's going to be an exercise for healing.
Okay,
Now if any of you are driving or maybe handling some equipment and you really need to pay attention,
Please do not do the meditation.
And I'm going to ask you to breathe slowly and deeply,
And this is because when you do that,
All the tension that you have in your body is going to go away.
You're going to relax.
This is kind of ironic,
Well,
Not ironic,
But counterintuitive.
When you are able to relax,
You feel lighter in a way,
But you also feel heavier because you're no longer fighting the force of gravity with your muscles,
And it may feel like you are being dragged to the ground because of the increased force of gravity,
Right?
But that's okay.
I invite you to release control,
To surrender to that feeling,
To enjoy it,
To know that you are in a protected environment,
That you are not alone,
And the more you relax,
The more benefits and more blessings you will allow to enter your life.
Okay?
So let's do that.
You can close your eyes and start breathing,
Like I said,
Slowly and deeply at your own pace.
And just with one breath,
You can feel the difference,
How your mind feels more at ease.
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your back,
Your legs,
They start to relax.
Maybe there's a little dance that your body is making with the rhythm of your breath.
And as you continue,
Anything that may be bothering you,
Either thoughts or physical sensations,
May start leaving your body.
Because you are not only taking oxygen,
You are also receiving all you need to thrive,
To feel joy,
To find peace.
And as you exhale,
You know that everything that no longer serves you is going away forever.
Try to make a mental image of this moment,
Of how you feel,
All that relief,
That peace,
How everything seems quiet,
And how the sense of urgency is completely gone.
This moment is a gift.
It's a present that you're giving yourself.
And you are sharing this with everyone else in this moment.
If you continue letting go and surrendering to this moment,
You may even start feeling each other's presence,
Energies.
Because we are connected.
We are part of the same system,
Of the same loving energy.
And right now,
Without knowing it,
We are helping each other to heal,
To recharge our battery,
So to speak,
To feel empowered,
To overcome our fears.
And speaking about fears,
We're going to form a big circle.
We're going to join our hands.
And we're going to create a huge bonfire in the middle.
And to feel the presence of everyone,
That beautiful energy that is joining us through the touch of our hands,
By locking our eyes,
By smiling.
We feel encouraged to take all those fears and throw them into the fire.
We don't need to be afraid,
Because as you are feeling it right now,
We are never alone.
The creator of the universe loves us.
And we can always choose to focus on that love and all the blessings that were prepared for us,
Instead of our fears.
So every time you remember your fears,
Come back to this moment,
To this gathering,
And remember the bonfire,
And throw them away.
Release yourself from that pain,
From that suffering,
That now you know is irrational,
Because it's about something that is not here yet,
And maybe will never be present.
Embrace your wildest dreams,
Because they are attainable.
Right now,
You are getting help with them.
Everything you need to manifest your dreams is coming your way.
The right thoughts,
The right attitude,
And all the blessings that you need are here.
If there is something special that you would like to ask,
This is the best moment of the day to do so.
You have the strength of your brothers and sisters,
Asking also for your well-being.
And now,
Take your hands and put them on your chest,
Next to your heart.
I want you to feel proud of yourself,
Because you have given you a great gift.
You have remembered the great value you have.
You have given yourself priority,
And in doing so,
You are preparing the best version of yourself.
You're allowing that version to be omnipresent.
And this is the gift you will give to everyone else,
The best of you.
All those blessings that you just received are now part of you,
And will remain with you till the end of times.
Let's breathe slowly and deeply once more.
You can open your eyes now.
