Pure awareness,

Morning walking meditation.

Welcome to this very special moment of the day,

A moment in the presence of your beautiful self.

Begin gently by moving at your usual pace.

You may choose to walk or to run as you most prefer.

Notice your breath coming in and out of your chest.

And observe all the sensations as the air enters and exits your lungs.

Now.

Put your attention on your feet as you continue moving.

For a moment feel the firmness of the ground under your feet at each step you take.

Then feel all the different sensations.

Feel your connectedness with the earth.

If any thought arises just notice it's there and let it go.

By simply returning to the sensations under your feet.

Now.

Begin to internally sense your feet and your legs as they move.

Then internally sense your buttocks and hips,

Your belly,

Your torso,

Your back,

Your back,

Your arms and hands,

Your shoulders,

Neck and head as they move.

Finally.

Internally sense your entire body in movement from head to toe.

Also sense the volume that your body occupies in space at this very moment.

Next,

Imagine that you can feel the energy field around your body as a spacious bubble that surrounds you right now.

As you continue walking or running,

For a moment just feel it being there all around you.

Now,

Shift your focus ever so slightly and notice the one who is aware of what you are of all the sensations and all the energy perceptions in and around your body.

Notice the one who is aware of everything that is being felt,

Seen and experienced right now.

The pure awareness that you are.

Now,

Shift your focus ever so slightly and notice the one who is aware of what you are now.

Shift your focus again and become aware of your body moving through space as though you are not moving your body as though your body moves by itself because you command it so and you as awareness simply witness your body moving joyously,

Effortlessly through space.

Next,

Witness your surroundings.

Let your focus expand as though your energy field becomes wider and wider.

Let your energy unwind and expand until it fills all the visible space from horizon to horizon and notice that you can still sense all the energy perceptions inside it.

Now,

Shift your focus ever so slightly and notice the one who is aware of what you are now.

From this moment just see,

Feel,

Sense and be the pure awareness that you are for as long as you wish to continue this practice and bring this beautiful energy with you into your day.
