Hello,

I'm Imani Nicole and this is a guided meditation for managing the twists and turns of life.

In life you may encounter twists and turns and find the need to be versatile and resilient to survive.

This may cause you to operate from a place of scarcity or survival which can ultimately cloud your judgment.

It can make you skeptical and lead you to constantly questioning the good things that happen.

You may find yourself in a constant state of figuring it out.

I want to assure you that trouble doesn't last always and neither does good.

You can accept the good things that are happening to you and also know that the troubling things will soon pass.

In this moment should you be facing a quandary you are unsure of how to get out,

Take the next few moments to invite and welcome the clarity that you are seeking.

Find a comfortable seat,

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Exhale out of the mouth,

Placing your hands palms up for receiving or palms down for grounding.

Inhaling another deep breath in through the nose,

Exhaling out of the mouth,

Inhaling in through the nose elongating from your spine to the crown of your head and slowly exhaling and fluttering your eyes closed.

As you breathe deeply here clear your mind space and channel deeply within.

Relaxing your face,

Relaxing your shoulders,

Allowing the breath to flow through your body with ease.

Allow your breath to guide the answer to your consciousness.

Summon the resolution to this issue that is present for you.

All you need to do is move past the negative noise.

Invite and welcome in the solution.

It is within you without judgment or expectation just simply receiving,

Accepting and becoming aware of the solution that may have presented itself to you.

Hold it in your breath,

Allow it to flow through your body.

It is here.

Allowing yourself to feel and to breathe into the sensation that is present of holding the answer of having the solution.

And begin receiving the following affirmations in your breath,

Repeating them aloud or simply receiving them and repeating them in your head.

I am built for this.

I will not fail.

This circumstance is not permanent.

I will get through.

I will succeed.

I am built for this.

I will not fail.

This circumstance is not permanent.

I will get through.

I will succeed.

Taking a few more rounds of breath here on your own.

Beginning to return yourself into this present moment and into your body,

Wriggling your toes and your fingers,

Taking a deep breath into the nose and an exhale out of the mouth.

You will succeed.

You will successfully navigate the twists and turns in your life.
