This is a meditation guided by Imani Nicole.

Find a comfortable seat,

Lie down,

Or maybe take a walking meditation.

Taking a few deep cleansing breaths,

Inhale into the nose,

Hold briefly at the top,

And exhale slowly out of the mouth.

Take another round of breath here and gently flutter your eyes closed if you are safe and supported to do so.

Take slow deep breaths,

Inhaling into the nose,

And slow exhales out of the nose.

Inhale for 5,

3,

2,

1,

Hold 2,

1,

Exhale 5,

4,

3,

2,

1,

1,

Inhale 5,

Hold,

And exhale.

Continue your breathing here,

Allowing your shoulders to relax down your spine,

Your face muscles to relax,

To melt,

Releasing the tongue from the roof of your mouth.

Maybe taking a long white string or a line from the bottom of your tailbone and reaching it up through the top of your head.

See what that does for your posture and just breathe here.

What does it feel like to do nothing?

Imagining a big pink eraser and starting at your toes and wipe away until nothing is there.

What happens when you get to your senses?

Don't resist,

Relieve yourself from the pressure,

Let go,

Continue.

Now that you are nothing,

You are here.

There is no difference between you and everything else.

You are nothing and everything at once.

Continuing to breathe here,

Slow deep inhales,

Full complete exhales.

Continuing with your practice,

We are beginning to bring awareness and attention back into this moment,

Into this present,

Into your body.

Bringing movement into your fingers,

Into your toes,

And into your neck.

Taking a deep inhale into the nose and exhaling with a sigh.

Take another round if that feels good for you.

Thank you for joining me for this guided meditation.

I'm Imani Nicole.

Be well.

"I" dispersed and was absorbed by the air and furniture in the room. It was natural and pleasant to fade like the morning dew. How remarkable to have you guide me into The Void with smooth ease, Imani Nicole. 🌌I treasure and savor time spent with you. πŸ™πŸΌπŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™‚οΈβœ¨ Until next time ~ πŸ’šπŸŒ
