Here's a big thank you to all of you who have listened to any free tracks narrated by me this year. Your listenership means a lot. The free platform is where most of my memoir-style writing makes its appearance, and your positive response has blown me away.

I loved the memoir, Ted the Shed. Your father sounded so delightful and stubborn. He reminds me of my 97 year old mother. I’m grateful she is still with me and becoming more and more stubborn each day. How is that possible?
I’m a big fan of your ramblings, I’ve fallen asleep many of times listening to Alone and Awake.
Currently I’m planning my first trip to the U.K. in May and feeling quite overwhelmed and very excited.
I just started watching, The Crown to get me up to speed on some history. Also watching, Keeping up with Appearances, just because it’s hilarious.

What a lovely message to all of your listeners, Mandy! I know you have enriched my life with your wonderful narrations (I have listened to The Enchanted April alone hundreds of times!!) I have truly enjoyed Ted the Shed as well, and still have more chapters to look forward to! (BTW I think you have the patience of a saint! Your Dad was quite a character!) Specifically: I love your voice, your accent, your delivery, the informative intros to each chapter, and the fact that you read slowly. It’s quite soothing… I do also love that you leave off any musical accompaniment which to me, anyway, is just a distraction and ear worm. No need to gild the lily, as my grandfather liked to say!
