Cherishing yourself.
How often in your life do you feel you've held yourself as the delicate and precious being that you are?
Hold yourself in Cherishment.
When you think of the word,
Cherishing,
Just think of that for a second.
The energy that comes with that,
It calls for that tender,
Loving,
Protective care.
It calls for that inner love.
We walk this earth often with steps of self-destruction.
This comes from low self-worth,
Low self-esteem,
Or unresolved trauma or hurts and sorrows never voiced.
We forget how precious and unique and beautiful we are.
We are the only version of ourselves.
There is only one of us in this lifetime.
You are the only you in this lifetime.
You have the strength to stand in the face of diversity.
You also have it within you to walk this path of life from the energy of Cherishment,
Delight and Joy.
You are worthy of such things.
You are worthy of changing your inner dialogue.
You are worthy of self-acceptance.
And so,
For this moment and this time,
Take a moment to breathe deeply,
Giving yourself the gift of deep,
Replenishing,
Restorative breaths.
Gifting your body with this energy exchange.
Breathing deeply,
As if you're breathing from your feet to the top of the head and back down again.
Just for this moment,
We're going to focus on affirmations to hold yourself in this sacred space of love.
You are not defined by your past.
You are not defined by your mental health or mental wellbeing.
You are not defined by your physical health or wellbeing.
You are not defined by trauma.
You are not defined by grief.
You get to define yourself.
That is your choice.
That is your right.
You choose.
Breathing that lovely,
Deep,
Restorative body breath as we lead into some affirmations.

I love and accept myself for all that I am.

And now just coming back to your day after this mindful moment,
Repeating the affirmations if you can,
At least 10 times a day for 28 days to support that new habit,
That new way of walking your life in self-acceptance.
Cherishing yourself for the wonderful,
Beautiful and unique you that you are.
You are worthy of this.
