Nice that you chose the affirmations.

My name is Verena and together we will formulate 50 positive affirmations that increase our well-being and are implemented by the subconscious in such a way that we can align our perception and our self-awareness in a positive way.

Find a comfortable and relaxed position for yourself.

You can lie or sit down,

Whatever feels comfortable and feels good for you.

Arrive in this position,

Relax and be grateful for this time with yourself.

Take a couple of calm,

Deep breaths through your nose into your stomach.

You can repeat the following affirmations quietly to yourself or say them out loud.

The more often you repeat them,

The more they manifest in your subconscious.

Let us begin.

I feel good.

I choose good things.

I am perfectly healthy.

I have strong self-healing powers.

Nothing can upset me right now.
