Today's meditation is about accepting yourself.
Make any adjustments to your body so that you are very,
Very comfortable.
This is all about you today.
Place one hand over your heart and allow a smile to come across your face.
And say to yourself,
I love you.
Very good.
Let your hands rest by your sides and just relax.
Soften all of your muscles.
Feel your facial muscles softening.
The eyes are closed and very relaxed.
Take one slow deep breath in and when you exhale,
Let out a sigh.
Exacing any old energy.
Feel it leaving your body and feel it exiting your mind.
Very good.
That's a really nice relaxation you have right there.
Enjoy it for a few moments longer.
Now begin to think of something about yourself that you have not accepted yet.
Notice any thoughts or emotions that come along with this feeling of not accepting yourself.
And just feel whatever comes up.
It's okay.
This is how you let it flow through you and clear out of you.
And you just release it as you accept it now,
Once and for all.
And as you think about this thing you weren't accepting about yourself,
Allow yourself to feel whatever comes along with it.
Just noticing in the body any areas of sensation.
Noticing anything in the mind that is coming and see how it goes.
And see if you can offer this thing more relaxation.
Relax into this feeling.
Every moment that passes by,
You are becoming more accepting of yourself.
Now think of something about yourself that you quite like,
Some of your strengths.
How do these thoughts and feelings make you feel?
Paying very close attention to sensations in the body.
Fully accept your strengths and all the things that you do well in your life.
They are part of who you are.
Without any judgment,
You accept yourself just as you are in this moment.
Every day that has led up until today was for a great meaning.
Each day had a purpose of its own.
Ways you learned how to be positive things in your life.
And also those challenging days that taught you perhaps how to not be.
Right now,
Accept every day that has passed by.
Good days,
Bad days,
And just regular old days that perhaps you have forgotten.
They are all valid.
You allow for yourself to become accepted in all areas of your life.
It is now time to accept how you look.
You are beautiful in many ways,
Unique from any other person out there.
So imagine in your creative mind,
You are standing in front of a giant mirror.
You can see your entire reflection.
Imagine your creative mind,
Place your hand on your heart,
And see your reflection follow.
Imagine you are looking into your very own eyes,
And a smile comes across your face.
Say to yourself in this reflection,
I love you.
Your hand is on your heart,
And your eyes are connected with your own,
As you say to yourself again,
I love you.
You are beautiful in so many ways.
Come into agreement now,
That your body and mind have accepted yourself in all areas.
Imagine yourself in this reflection,
And your mind is on your heart,
And your mind is on your heart.
You can gently stretch the body,
Repeating to yourself,
I accept who I am.
