Meditation can be very loving and can connect you better with yourself.
Always get in a comfortable position and let your eyes gently close.
Bring yourself in the moment by focusing on a nice,
Deep breath.
And allow the thought of self-love to manifest within your mind.
How you care for yourself on a daily basis.
Light on the idea of self-love.
Breathe in deeply.
And when you exhale,
Relax.
Once again,
Breathe in slowly.
And exhale even slower.
Focus now on your true self.
Your authentic self.
Your most beautiful self as you are right now.
Feel the comfort of knowing that you don't have to change anything about yourself.
There is nothing you need to change.
You are as you are.
You are perfect.
Right now,
Allow a beautiful light of love and happiness to fully come into your body and also radiate out from you.
And let this light outshine any other negative thought.
Feel this beautiful light reflecting love and happiness.
It is within you and it is all around you.
And every moment of your life,
When you take care of your needs,
You do so with love and happiness.
And when you speak,
Your words carry love and happiness.
You share your love with others.
And we send this light out that is within us,
To everyone that we meet.
And we stay true to our integrity,
Which means sticking to our words and our deep core values.
We are grateful for our journey we call life.
We walk the path with joy.
Every step that we take is made with love.
Fear yourself in happiness,
Making all of your actions rooted in joy.
We are grateful for our ability to care for ourselves,
Nurturing our emotions by allowing them to express themselves.
And we breathe in the happiness of this very moment,
Breathing in and exhale,
Relaxing.
The timing of this moment where you find yourself in this session is perfect.
And life only keeps getting better.
Working with passion is a form of self-love.
Breathe in the word love,
And when you breathe out,
Say myself.
Breathing in love,
Breathing out myself.
And with this mantra,
You can exude out this self-love to everyone and everything you encounter in your life.
See this love from within you coming back to you.
You have sent it out and now it is returning back home.
Tomorrow brings great happiness,
And every day is an opportunity to share your gifts with the world,
Not only giving,
But receiving love.
This beautiful exchange is the definition of happiness.
