Welcome to this meditation to boost self-esteem,
Confidence and happiness.
Please find a very comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
This helps you relax.
This session will focus on building confidence that you deserve to experience in your daily life.
This will bring you new opportunities to achieve your dreams and create a happiness that you have always had within you.
We will start by doing some deep breathing.
Taking multiple full deep breaths every day is proven to change our minds and bodies for the better.
So let's take five full deep breaths in together,
Holding it for a moment at the top and then naturally and slowly exhaling.
Let's begin.
One,
Inhale a nice big breath,
Expanding your belly and lungs as much as you can.
Hold it.
And then gently exhale with relief.
Two,
Inhale fresh oxygen that will be supplied to your bloodstream,
Holding it to soak it in and then exhaling without any effort.
Three,
Inhale feeling rejuvenated and invigorated by this breathing.
Hold it and then exhale easily.
Four,
Inhale.
Notice how breathing fully comes naturally to you.
Pause to soak it in and then exhale any worry or tension.
And five,
Inhaling fully is an act of self-love.
Pause to feel this love and exhale into complete relaxation.
Allow your breath to flow in a natural pace now.
Very good.
As you relax even further now,
Allow for your body to feel as if it's floating and notice your thoughts as if they are drifting.
Humans have the unique ability to visualize,
Which allows for all kinds of creation to take place.
So let's use the power of your amazing visualization abilities to induce self-confidence.
Making sure your eyes are closed,
Begin to imagine yourself full of an abundance of self-assurance.
See yourself now perhaps holding your head high or having really good posture.
See yourself talking to people with charisma and grace.
What kinds of things are you doing when you are purely confident in yourself?
See yourself taking steps in the direction of your goals.
Imagine now that you have a strong will to avoid situations that don't push you towards your passions and you are able to avoid people who don't nourish the best version of you.
See yourself in great detail confidently saying no to all these things.
You feel very proud now.
You naturally avoid things that you don't need to do and instead you concentrate on those things that bring you happiness and good health.
Very good.
Visualize yourself again now courageous,
Bold,
Self-assured.
Imagine yourself taking action towards the things that you love,
The things that you are good at.
This makes you feel proud with a deep sense of peace.
Vividly see yourself accomplishing your goals.
Notice how attaining your dreams feels.
Allow the feelings of fearlessness to well up inside of you,
Expanding to every aspect of your being.
Allow certainty to rise in your body.
You know for a fact that if you put in the hard work and dedication that you can achieve anything you desire.
The more details that you can add to this image of success through self-reliance the better.
See the colors brightly.
Feel the sensations of your surroundings.
Notice how you look when you are brave,
Sure of each and every step you take.
Be here in this place of complete confidence for a few moments longer.

Another form of building self-confidence is positive self-talk.
So hear yourself saying,
I am an inspiration to others.
I am fearless.
There is nothing that I cannot overcome.
I am worthy of achieving my dreams.
I have many skills and gifts that I share with the world.
My words are mighty.
I carry with me the responsibility of kindness.
I am unstoppable.
I am a great leader.
People are drawn to the love that I send out.
