Astral Travel is a sight after technique that allows you to explore our world beyond your body. In this session, you will be guided to deeply relax the body and give it the rest your body deserves. Then, you will take your 'astral body' for a spin! So simply find somewhere comfortable, ensuring you will not be disturbed by anyone or anything, and get ready to astral project. It is an honor to guide you. Also, be sure to research the work of Robert Monroe, the pioneer of Astral Projection.

Right now,

We will practice Astral Projection.

It is something that each and every one of us can achieve.

All you need to do is relax,

Practicing these techniques,

And dedicating yourself to this new state of being.

Remember to continue every night with your journey in Astral Projection.

There are a few steps you need to take when you are ready to Astral Project.

First,

Make sure you will not be disturbed.

This includes notifications from your device.

Then,

Get very,

Very comfortable lying down in your bed or somewhere you like to relax.

We are going to remain motionless,

So make sure your neck is supported and your head is resting on a pillow.

If you like to be warm,

Grab a blanket.

If you like to be cool,

Adjust to the temperature around you.

Make sure you do not set any time limit.

You want to be sure that your consciousness is allowed to explore for as long as it needs to.

If you set a time limit,

You could be unconsciously thinking about,

When will your session be over?

The time of day could also play an important role in your ability to project.

So make sure you set aside a time that is close to when you are sleeping,

In the morning or before you go to sleep at night.

And lastly,

Just drop expectations.

No need to think too much about if you are doing it right or wrong.

Be open,

Let your mind flow.

You will notice that the more you can let go,

The better your experience will be.

Now,

The goal is to remain motionless.

So before we do that,

Let's move our body in any way that feels right for you.

Wiggling or moving the body,

Stretching.

Go ahead,

Rotate your ankles.

Wiggle your toes.

Rotate your wrists.

Squeeze your shoulders back and forward.

Getting out all the wiggles.

Gently move your head from side to side.

Knowing that you will become completely still in a moment.

But keep moving.

You want to get all this energy out.

By now your body is ready to come into stillness.

So breathe in,

And when you breathe out,

Stop moving entirely.

Inhaling deeply.

Exhaling slowly.

Notice how wonderful it is to be motionless.

As you breathe in,

Imagine you are inhaling wisdom on the astral plane.

And as you breathe out,

Let go of doubts.

Breathing in,

Accessing this ancient wisdom.

Getting out,

Letting go of any limiting beliefs.

Now confirm to yourself that you will not fall asleep during this session.

You will remain on the surface of conscious awareness.

Sinking into the depths of your subconscious mind.

And then exploring the astral realm.

You will retain memory of everything that happens here.

Let your breath just flow in and out automatically without any control from you.

You are doing so well.

Just be sure that you are not falling asleep.

You are staying in that wakeful awareness.

Notice how relaxed you are.

Right now is dedicated to you and no one else.

You are calm and still,

Without any distractions.

A wonderful opportunity to explore the astral world.

Your eyes are softly closed.

Become aware of the gentle darkness of your closed eyes.

What else can you see behind your eyelids?

Perhaps some colors and shapes,

Moving like a kaleidoscope.

Focus on these gentle,

Soft colors.

Sinking down and relaxing is so simple,

So easy,

Yet so powerful.

Giving your body the time to rest and your mind the time to explore.

Let all the muscles in your jaw go loose and limp.

The muscles in your jaw are so calm and relaxed more and more with every moment that passes by.

There is no need to apply any effort.

You are able to relax by doing nothing.

Repeat after me.

I am more than my body.

I am more than my physical body.

I can go beyond my physical body and explore with only my mind.

I am more than my body.

I truly desire to explore the astral realm.

Good.

Now,

Let's practice some techniques.

The first well-known technique is called climbing the rope.

Without opening your eyes,

Imagine that from the ceiling right above you,

There is a white rope coming down.

It is one of those thicker ropes like you climbed as a child,

Perhaps.

Your hands can fit perfectly around it.

The end of the rope ends right at the level of your chest.

Now without moving your physical body,

Imagine that you are reaching up with your astral body and grabbing this rope.

Do this over and over again for a few moments,

Imagining your astral body is reaching up and grabbing the white rope just above your chest.

Notice,

You can actually feel the rope with your astral hand.

Begin to pull your astral body up and climb the rope with ease.

It is very easy to pull your astral body out because it has no weight whatsoever.

And as you climb this rope,

You make your way higher and higher up towards the ceiling.

If you've had success with this technique,

Perhaps it is the one that works best for you.

Let's practice another way to get your astral body out of the physical.

Begin to just imagine that you are rolling over to the left.

Your physical body remains on your back,

But your astral body is rolling over onto your left side.

Continue to feel the sensation of rolling over to your left,

Over and over again.

Now,

Pretend that you are sitting up after rolling over.

Sitting on your bed,

You can look and see your physical body laying so relaxed.

There is a pleasant expression on your face.

You know that your physical body is safe and happy resting,

And your astral body is excited to go explore.

Imagine that you can stand up now,

Witnessing your room from a new perspective.

Now,

Leave your physical body and go through the door of your room.

Take your way outside of your home if you wish.

Take this journey along the astral plane and see what you discover.

Your mind is very powerful.

You are able to take it wherever you want to go.

And your physical body is loyal and waits for you to return.

There is no time limit.

Go on your astral adventure.

Oh Loula that was so Devine . Relaxation set in immediately giving the most insane sleep/awake sensation felt to date . I was sleeping but could hang onto ever word with ease. The background music was stunning to say the least and you got it perfect with the length of the meditation 😀 Thanks so much for which clearly was a lot of time and effort put in. Wow! I have done several other Out of body and Astral projection meditations but have never actually succeeded. Last night at about 4:00am and 45 mins into this I lifted out of my body and hovered in the same supine position about 3-4 feet above my body. I was able to kind of spin left and right I was fully aware and conscious and it actually kind of scared me! So I came back into my body and then once more came out and did the same kind of movement for a couple mins and then came back. The fear I think prevented me from going further. I have never experienced anything like that completely sober and it was really crazy. I’m still kind of in shock that it happened. Thank you Loula! Now I know what people are talking about, really crazy.
