In this practice I will walk you through why shaking works, what is actually happening in your nervous system when you do it, and then guide you through the practice itself. You will move spinal fluid, awaken the energy centres along your spine, discharge stored tension, and shift your nervous system from fight or flight into the parasympathetic state where real stillness, intuition, and presence actually live.
