This simple and effective meditation prepares you for a good day because you vibrate with positive energy.

You are open to the best things that the universe has for you.

Good morning.

This is Malbabí.

Welcome to Inside Timer.

We begin by closing our eyes and focusing on breathing.

Let's breathe slowly and deeply through the nose and exhaling long through the mouth.

Let's do it together.

Inhaling deeply through the nose.

Hold it for a few seconds and let it go.

Make that exhaling as long as you can.

Let's do it again.

Inhaling deeply through the nose.

Hold it for a few seconds and relax your face.

Relax your eyes.

Relax your cheeks.

Relax your lips.

Relax the cavity of your mouth.

Observe your throat.

Relax the throat and the jaw.

Inhaling deeply again.

Hold your breath for a few seconds and let it go.

Relaxing the neck and shoulders.

Observe the only perceptible movement that happens in your body now,

Your breathing.

Feel the fresh air entering in your body and the warmth of the air in the exhalation.

Relax your back and your hips.

Relax your legs.

Feel your body,

Heavy,

Comfortable.

And say to yourself,

Just for today,

I'm saying yes to life.

My intention is to give my best to anyone who cross my path and love myself because it is essential for my happiness.

Just for today,

I will give wherever I go a smile,

My full attention and to listen because that is the best that I can give to those around me.

Just for today,

I'm going to drink enough water,

Eat fruit and vegetables,

Take time for a walk.

I will use the ladders instead of the elevator.

Today I'm going to love my body.

Today I'm going to love myself.

Just for today,

I will be impeccable with my words because it is against my happiness to speak negatively about others or myself.

When I say I can't,

I diminish myself.

So today I'm going to say yes.

Yes I can.

Yes I can do it.

Yes I am good enough.

Yes I love myself.

Just for today,

I say yes I can handle.

Wherever is coming my way,

I can handle no matter what.

Yes I am good enough.

Yes I love myself.

Yes I'm doing my best and my best is good enough.

Yes today I say yes to life,

To opportunities.

I say yes to all of the good things that the universe has for me.

This meditation is finished but you can stay with your eyes closed,

Focusing on your breath,

Loving and accepting yourself just the way you are.

Enjoying this feeling of empower and keep breathing long and slowly melting into the music,

Embracing this new day just for today.

I wish you a magical day.
