Close in your eyes and breathe deeply.
Feel your chest expanding as you inhale.
And exhale long,
Feeling your neck and shoulders relaxing.
Connect to that life that is here for you entering in your body.
Observe yourself as you breathe.
Inhale in long and deeply.
Feel your chest expanding.
And exhale in long,
Relaxing your face,
Your neck and shoulders.
Inhale deeply again through the nose.
And exhale long through the mouth.
Place your hands on your heart and repeat mentally with me.
