Welcome to the Feeling Your Light meditation.
We'll be here for about ten minutes,
So just find a comfortable position.
You can sit up or lie down.
The most important thing is that you can relax.
Make any adjustments you need to make,
And when you're ready,
Let your eyes close.
Find a good place to rest your hands,
And let your attention go to your breath.
While you fill your body with breath physically,
I want you to imagine how you can energetically fill the space around your body,
Your personal energy field,
With your breath.
The most important thing is to relax your hands and let your attention go to your breath.
So you're seeing,
Feeling,
Or imagining your breath filling the field around your body.
Let it expand and contract and pulse.
Let it find its natural vibration.
See if you can feel the safety of this little world that's just you.
Let your breath begin to feel like water trickling down the back of your head,
Trickling down your back.
Let your breath begin to feel like water trickling down the back of your head,
Trickling down your back.
Let your breath begin to feel like water trickling down the back of your head.
Let your breath begin to feel like water trickling down the back of your head.
And imagine that each particle of energy in your little world,
In your body,
And in your field begins to light up.
See if you can feel each particle of energy in your little world,
In your field,
In your field,
In your field,
In your field,
In your field.
Your eyelids,
Your fingernails all lighting up.
Your heart is pulsing and beating with light.
Your spine,
Your vertebrae are connected by light.
All the little hairs on your body are light.
The blood pumping through your veins is light and the thoughts running through your body are light.
And in this place where all of these parts of you and your field and your body are lighting up with the light that you created in your mind,
Can you believe that you are in fact whole,
Perfect,
Healed and exactly as you should be right now?
Can you believe that that is true?
And if you are not ready to believe that that's true,
Can you at least tuck it into your heart as a possibility?
You'll spend a few more moments in your beautiful light.
Maybe take a moment to light up an intention you have for your day or your night or your life.
As you're ready,
Begin to deepen your breath,
To bring your awareness back to the physical aspect of your being.
Feel your skin,
Feel your muscles and bones,
Feel your body making space for your breath.
Blink your eyes and when you're ready,
Begin to invite movement back into your body,
Stretching and wiggling back into yourself.
