Wherever you are,
See if you can imagine yourself lying down on the earth.
Feel your breath moving through your body,
Animating you and releasing tension.
Feeling the earth beneath you just allowing your body to relax a little bit more.
Inviting in the possibility that you can release any expectations or requirements you have of yourself and just be here now.
Allowing yourself to relax even more into the earth.
Feeling yourself completely supported by the earth beneath you,
Every inch of your body,
Every particle of your being supported by the earth.
Breathing into your feet and your ankles.
Feeling the breath move there and then release into the earth.
Breathing into your shins and your calves.
Allowing your breath and your attention to go there.
Breathing and then releasing into the earth.
Breathing into your knees.
Allowing them to expand and release,
Surrendering to the earth.
Breathing into your thighs and your hips and your tailbone.
Feeling those spaces expand and then release,
Surrendering into the earth.
Breathing into your pelvis,
Into your sacrum,
Into your abdomen.
Feeling those spaces to expand and then release,
Surrendering into the earth.
And breathing into your belly,
Your sides.
Expanding and then releasing.
Breathing into your ribs,
Into your solar plexus,
Into your back.
Expanding and then releasing,
Surrendering into the earth.
And now breathing into your heart space,
Breathing into your chest.
Imagining your heart expanding so that the field of your heart encapsulates your entire body.
You are completely contained within the magnificent field of your heart.
Resting on the earth completely supported.
And as you feel that support,
The support of every inch of your body and every particle of your being,
Allow yourself the opportunity to relax even more.
Feel yourself beginning to sink into the earth.
Feel or imagine yourself contained within your heart field beginning to descend through the layers of the earth.
Descending through the layers of consciousness.
Slowly and gently still contained within your heart field and slowly and gently descending through the light codes of the earth.
Breathing deeper and deeper into the earth until you reach a beautiful,
Soothing chamber within the earth that is meant just for your healing.
And you can rest there within your heart field,
Within this healing chamber and allow yourself to receive.
While you're here in this healing chamber,
We'll make space to allow for guidance and support to come through for you.

Gently and slowly rising up through the layers of consciousness.
Rising up through the layers of the earth and reuniting the part of you that has been traveling down into the earth with your body that is lying on the surface of the earth.
Feeling your bodies begin to integrate together as you breathe into your eyes and your brain,
Your ears,
Your nose and mouth.
Feeling your bodies come together as you breathe into your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your collarbone,
Breathing into your rib cage,
Into your chest and your solar plexus.
Feeling your physical body as you breathe into your stomach,
Your back and your sides.
Breathing into your pelvis and your hips,
Into your tailbone and your thighs.
Feeling your physical body and your presence wherever you are as you breathe into your knees.
Breathe into your shins and your calves,
Into your ankles and your feet.
Breathing into your full body.
Take your time now as you allow yourself to come back fully.
Feeling your eyes when you're ready,
Moving your body.
Give yourself a few minutes to rest in this in-between space before you move into the rest of your day.
