Hi friend,
Let's get grounded together and then practice some affirmations.
Start by exhaling,
Landing in this moment,
Breathing out.
And then breathing in fresh air with the next inhale.
Mmm,
Humming a little bit.
Centering in this moment and arriving in your body.
That's good.
Wiggle your shoulders and flick your fingers a little bit.
Shake your arms.
Wiggle your feet,
Your toes.
Maybe some happy feet tapping where you are.
Whether you're sitting,
Lying down,
Or standing.
Walking.
Bring some movement into your body so that you feel your body because we want to be embodied and grounded.
And to be embodied,
You know,
It's in the word.
We are in the body.
So feel your feet.
If you are lying on your bed or your couch or a yoga mat or maybe even the grass outdoors,
Feel your calves,
The backside of your upper legs,
Your bum,
Your back,
All the way And feel.
How you are supported.
If you are sitting,
Feel the feet firmly on the ground.
Feel your seat beneath you.
And if you are resting your back against the surface,
Then also feel into that surface,
The contact.
How your body is held.
By the Earth.
By the surface beneath you,
You are lifted up from below and you're safe.
You are safe.
You are safe to be here now in this moment in your body.
Listening to my guidance.
Mmm,
Take another breath.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Allowing the air to leave gently,
Effortlessly.
Allow your breath to find a slower,
Deeper rhythm and trust your body.
Hmm.
That's good.
Okay.
So now we are in the body,
We have arrived here.
We're allowing our nervous system to Find a felt sense of safety.
We are co-regulating together.
So.
Where we are grounded.
And we soften the muscles and allow the body to feel safe.
The restorative systems of the body comes.
Alive,
Awakens,
Activates,
Rests and digests,
Restore and repair.
So this is a beautiful practice to return to daily or as often as you want to.
So allow your breath,
Your body to do its thing.
Trust your body's rhythm.
And allow these following affirmations.
To land with you.
Allow yourself to receive them.
You can either repeat them with me.
Out loud or in your mind with your inner voice.
Or you can simply listen and relax and rest.
While I.
.
.
Speak these words for you.
And allow my voice to be your voice.
Let's begin.
I am centered in my heart.
I am centered in my heart.
I am centered in my heart.
Hmm.
I am authentically present and grounded in my body.
I am authentically present and grounded in my body.
I AM authentically present.
And grounded.
In my body.
I am connected to the earth below and to the sky above.
I am connected to the earth below and to the sky above.
I am.
Connected to the earth below me and to the sky above me Hmm.
I am worthy of love,
Healing and unity.
I am worthy of love,
Healing,
And unity.
I am.
Worthy.
Of love.
Healing and unity.
Allow that to sink in.
Through gratitude,
I align.
Through gratitude,
I align.
Through gratitude,
I align.
I'm now going to repeat them all in one flow.
Because I prefer it that way and that's the way I often work with affirmations during my day.
On repeat in the back of my mind.
So maybe you want to try that too.
The often you listen.
Your mind will automatically save them and you can ask your mind to play these in the background instead of.
.
.
Other thoughts that might be perhaps less helpful.
So here we go.
I am centered in my heart.
I am authentically present and grounded in my body.
I am connected to the earth below and to the sky above.
I AM WORTHY OF LOVE,
HEALING AND UNITY.
THROUGH GRATITUDE,
I ALIGN.
Hmm.
I am centered in my heart.
I am authentically present and grounded in my body.
I am connected to the earth below and to the sky above.
I am worthy of love,
Healing and unity.
Through gratitude,
I align.
I am centered in my heart.
I am authentically present and grounded in my body.
I am connected to the earth below and the sky above.
I am worthy of love,
Healing and unity.
And through gratitude,
I align.
Wonderful.
Oh,
It's so beautiful that you are here and I'm so grateful that we meditated together.
You might want to wiggle your body a bit again,
Bring some movement in.
Or maybe you've been listening while moving around.
In your day,
That's beautiful as well.
I sometimes listen to meditations while I get ready in the morning or prepare myself in the evening.
On my way to bed.
So feel free to play with those ideas as well and bring some movement into your toes and feet,
Into your fingers.
You can circle your hands,
Shake out your arms and legs if you feel like it.
And remember when you're in your body.
You embody all of you.
You are the most powerful when you are fully in you.
Much love.
I appreciate you so much and I wish you a wonderful time until we meet again.
May you be well.
