Free Fall Free Flow | Poem Series Part 2: New Dawn Come Home

A series of my original poems and spoken word. They are unedited, unfiltered. When I feel inspiration spark: I usually drop into a grounded, heart connected, centered space, press record on my phone and let the words flow.

Sometimes raw, sometimes radiant, always real and authentic.
Bringing healing of past hurt, reclaiming my voice, channeling messages of encouragement, trust and love, manifesting possibilities.

By sharing I intend:
May each poem find those who resonate, may those who are meant to receive the words receive in alignment for their highest greatest best and for the greater good of all.
May it activate healing and wholeness within - that ripples to everyone.

I know that I have gotten through the night. I survived. And there is a new day starting now. I am here and I feel my feet steady on the ground, Rooted down into the earth and I feel the support of her. I am held by gravity and Mother Earth. I now know that the one I've been waiting for The one I've been searching through the dark. Is the one within. Is the spark of my soul. I looked every other way before I was ready to come home. To learn to trust myself again after so many years of doubting, Feeling fear, Feeling afraid to fully be myself. So often called too much. While also feeling less than, Out of place. Unworthy of love when I rest. I now see my infinite value. I am worthy simply by being me and by being here. I now know this. And it reverberates in me and in each cell of my being May it ripple around me for the greater good of all. For I am here to live, To breathe, To be, To explore, And to unfold. And to grow within. To expand my consciousness and to hold the frequency at my core. My core frequency. Is what I bring into this world. So may it ripple around me for the greater good of all.
