Use the power of visualization and Reiki healing energy to boost the immune system. We will use the breath to direct healing energy into our energy centers, then use EFT tapping and visualization to activate the Thymus and Pituitary Glands which house the body's immune defense. This exercise is especially helpful when you are experiencing a cold, flu, infection, or other dis-ease. You will feel a difference right away! Welcome,

Today we are going to use the healing power of Reiki to strengthen the immune system and restore the flow of energy in the physical,

Mental,

And spiritual bodies.

We will first clear the energy centers and then focus on the two main points that control the body's immune response.

I will be sending you distant Reiki healing throughout this exercise.

So make yourself comfortable and begin to relax.

Unclench your jaw and allow your shoulders to melt away from your ears.

Start to deepen your breathing as you surrender.

Stress,

Anxiety,

And depression are the largest contributors to a weakened immune system because they disrupt the production of hormones in the pituitary and thymus glands.

The more you are able to relax and let go of tension,

The stronger your immune system will become.

Let's bring our awareness to the breath.

As you breathe in,

Imagine white Reiki light flowing in from your crown,

Down your central channel,

And filling your pelvic floor with warm,

Loving energy.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine sending this Reiki out through your hands and out through your aura,

Emanating outward in every direction.

Do this three more times.

If you work with Reiki symbols,

Begin activating them with your mind's eye.

Allow your breathing to return to normal.

We're going to begin by working on the energetic body,

The auric field,

The non-physical aspect where imbalances most often begin before manifesting in the physical body.

So bring your hands about six inches above your head,

Or whatever feels right to you.

Breathe in the color green,

And imagine that you are clearing any disturbances in your energetic field.

Gently move your hands down to the sides of your head,

About six inches out from your ears.

Continue to breathe green Reiki light in and out.

Notice any subtle sensations you pick up on as you work with your non-physical layer.

Now I will leave you for a few minutes to continue clearing the rest of your energetic body,

Working from the third eye,

Through the heart,

Down to the root chakra,

Allowing the Reiki to direct your hands to where healing is needed most.

Good.

Clearing the root chakra,

And preparing to journey deeper into healing.

Now we're going to activate the third eye and high heart chakras by taking two fingers and gently tapping on these points.

The third eye chakra is located between the brows at the center of the forehead.

Bring two fingers together and begin gently tapping on this point.

Good.

Now bring those two fingers down to the high heart chakra,

Which is located between the heart and the throat at the center of your chest.

Gently begin tapping,

And notice if you feel any vibration or surge in energy.

Now rest one hand on your third eye and the other on your high heart.

Breathe white Reiki light into where the pituitary gland lives,

Between the eyes and about 2 inches back in the very center of your brain.

With every breath,

You are activating the pituitary gland to release hormones that increase the production of white blood cells.

Now breathe white Reiki light into where the thymus gland lives,

At the center of your chest above your heart chakra and below the throat,

About 2 inches below the skin surface.

As you breathe healing energy into this space,

You are activating the thymus gland to strengthen and increase the production of T-cells,

Which constitute the body's immune defense mechanism.

Continue breathing here.

Allow your breathing to return to normal and make note of any visions or shifts in energy.

Visualize both the pituitary and thymus glands bathing in light with the perfect amount of hormones,

White blood cells,

And T-cells flowing out to every cell of your body and to any area where disharmony is currently present.

Know that this powerful exercise has initiated a process of strengthening the immune system.

Repeat this exercise as often as you can to keep your immune system strong and healthy.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

Take your hands and gently wipe down your energetic body,

Removing any excess energy.

Wipe down the front of your physical body and then bring your hands to prayer position at the heart center.

Bow your head and say silently or out loud,

Thank you Reiki for the chance to heal.

Go forth in gratitude for the healing that is already taking place,

And so it is.
