Violet Flame Reiki

A channeled exercise to connect with both mechanisms of the Violet Flame of Transmutation. This entire meditation is infused with Reiki and serves as an energetic shower to cleanse all dense energies from the mind, body, spirit, and aura. 528hz music in the background will assist in attuning you to pure white light once all stagnant energies are released.

It is important to do this practice daily, like a shower, to maintain a strong, clear aura/force field.
