Quantum jumping is based on the idea that there are infinite parallel universes existing at the same time.
Within these parallel universes,
There are infinite versions of you that exist,
Living different lives with different roles.
For example,
There is a version of you that is a rock star,
A billionaire,
A spiritual healer,
A scientist,
Whatever you can imagine.
By using your imagination to connect with your alternate versions,
You will embody their confidence and abilities.
For example,
Let's say you need to harness your creativity to complete a project for work or you want to earn a living by sharing your art.
By connecting with the version of you that is a successful artist,
You will awaken the creative energy needed to reach your goals.
First we will enter a meditative state,
Then we will use a visualization technique to enter a parallel universe and meet an alternate version.
It may be a writer,
An executive,
Or a football star,
Depending on which skill you wish to gain.
Decide now which version you'd like to meet and which skill you would like to acquire during this meditation.
So let's begin.
Gently close your eyes and make any last minute adjustments so that you are comfortable either sitting or lying down,
Keeping your spine straight.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Take another deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Let it all go.
Take one last deep breath in and release.
Good.
Imagine you are traveling through a tunnel heading toward a bright white light.
When you arrive at the light,
Enter,
Stepping through and into another universe.
See the alternate version of you standing right in front of you.
See their confidence,
Their sense of achievement,
And the pure bliss radiating outward from them.
Enter into the body of your alternate version and embody them completely.
Become your alternate version.
Now that you have merged with your alternate version,
Feel the certainty in your heart and the clarity in your mind as you embody the particular skill that you set out to acquire.
Forward.
Slowly open your eyes.
You have embodied an alternate version of you,
Activating new knowledge,
New strength,
And a newfound confidence that will stay with you long after this meditation ends.
