With all of the fear and uncertainty in the air right now,
It's important to stay grounded and stay present in your unique experience.
It's also important to remember that Mother Earth is going through her own healing process.
As we are slowing down and turning inward,
She's beginning to breathe.
We've seen pictures of clear skies over Los Angeles and other big cities that are usually hazy from pollution in the air.
What may feel like hell to us is actually giving our planet a chance to catch her breath and return to wholeness.
We have to remember that there is always a higher purpose to every catastrophe and that each act of destruction clears the way for new growth to shine through.
Today we're going to anchor our energy into the earth and draw her healing energy up through the body.
Go ahead and get comfortable.
Make any last minute adjustments.
And when you are ready,
Close your eyes.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Hold.
And out through the mouth.
Take another deep breath in.
Hold.
And exhale releasing all stress and worry.
Take one more deep breath in.
Hold.
And let it all go.
Bring your attention to your feet.
Feel the tops of your feet,
The soles,
The arches and imagine roots growing out of the bottoms of your feet and into the earth.
Imagine these roots growing downward into the soil.
Through the layers of rock all the way to the center of the earth wrapping around its hot core.
Breathe here.
Imagine gold warm energy from the center of the earth now moving back up through these roots.
Up through the dense layers of rock.
Up through the dirt.
Up through the bottoms of your feet.
Across your ankles,
Calves,
Knees,
Thighs,
Hips and into your root chakra located at the base of the spine where the tailbone meets your chair.
Feel this warm golden light from the center of the earth now traveling up from your tailbone up through the belly up into your chest filling your heart with pure divine love.
Breathe here.
Now imagine this light journeying upward through the throat into your head and out through the top of your head filling your aura,
Your entire energetic field with light from Mother Earth herself.
Breathe here and bask in the feeling of wholeness and connection.
You are safe.
Wherever you are,
You belong.
You are connected.
Wherever you are,
You are divinely guided.
You are whole.
Wherever you are,
You are loved.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Take another deep breath in and out.
One more deep breath in and out.
Slowly bring your attention back to the room you are in.
Gently wiggle your toes and your fingers and when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Be sure to drink plenty of water and come back to this meditation anytime you need grounding.
