So just allowing yourself to get comfortable sitting or lying down and with your eyes open I want you to just look up into your forehead take a deep breath in and out. Just taking another deep breath in and out and one more time deep breath in and as you breathe out just close your eyes down all the way down as the muscles and nerves in and around your eyes are getting heavy now and you can just feel a wave of calm and relaxation washing over you now and in your mind's eye you can see yourself standing at the top of ten steps you're looking down those steps as I count backwards you will see and feel yourself walking down each one you feel calm and relaxed as you see yourself walking down right now you're moving on to step ten as every muscle every nerve turns loose and relaxed you're taking step nine as you just go deeper you're taking step eight as you feel your feet treading each and every step you're taking step seven as you just drift deeper you're taking step six as every sound and noise around you just go further deeper way way deeper you're taking step five you're halfway down you're taking step four as every muscle every nerve turns loose lets loose as you just go deeper you're taking step three as you go deeper into an awareness of yourself you're taking step two as you easily drift much deeper than before and now you're taking step one just sleeping deeply and just allowing your jaw and your face to relax softening your eyes and allowing them to relax relaxing your shoulders and your neck just relaxing your whole entire body as you breathe in love and breathe out gratitude your breath connects you to the here and now so just sinking deeper and drifting deeper and as time slows down bringing your awareness to rest in your heart space connecting with your heart and breathing in the frequency of love breathing in and out love into your energetic field and feeling into that large field of love and abundance all around you are remembering who you truly are and realizing the love was always within and you are realigning and embodying this journey back to wholeness and love as you completely love and trust your intuitive gifts and trust what comes through you is wisdom to help guide you in the right direction for your highest good you are so capable of anything as you trust your intuition to guide you as answers appear along the way you choose love and trust every day that your connection to your divine feminine and inner guidance gets stronger and more powerful every day as you listen to your inner
