Hello and welcome.
My name is Leigh Anderson and I'm very grateful that you've chosen to listen and meditate with me.
Thank you very much.
The inspiration for this meditation comes from a Gemini New Moon.
So Gemini is ruled by air and reminds us that we are connected to the infinite wisdom of the universe.
So it's a season,
It's a time that is filled with inspiration and change and also invites us to find new ways to communicate with our intuition and our energy.
And we can listen to the way we talk to ourselves and even look towards changing our inner landscape.
So this may be quite a deep and intensive meditation.
I personally find it really,
Really beautiful and comforting.
So yeah,
Feel free to approach it every time as you would,
It is your first time.
Just to allow opportunities for new discoveries and new insights to rise up.
So you'll certainly be able to pay yourself attention,
Compassion and acceptance.
And this is an act and a path towards self-love.
So during this meditation you'll also invite in all these energies and observe how these energies resonate with you.
So you may feel comfortable or uncomfortable.
You may be able to stay attentive or you might be easily distracted.
And as you continue to breathe your way through you can immerse yourself deeper within,
Closer to your core.
Please continue to offer patience,
Kindness and love to your dearest,
Innermost heart,
Mind,
Body and soul.
So please let's begin by allowing ourselves a comfortable posture,
Preferably seated upright with a tall spine.
And that just allows for the breath to move effortlessly and our energies circulate freely.
But if you must recline back,
Please also ensure that you are symmetrical but not too comfortable that you might fall asleep.
Welcome in peace and calm and allow your muscles to relax and trust in your bones to support your physical form.
Notice your breathing settling,
Slowing and easily flowing in its own natural rhythm and pace.
Letting the breath come to you,
Gently filling your chest throughout your body and then it turns around and slowly releases out,
Returning to the air.
Feel more relaxed with every out breath,
Letting go of stresses as your mind eases and any mental pressures subside.
And your eyelids can softly close as your vision turns inwards.
This shows you a sense,
Perhaps a vibe of your very own inner sanctuary.
Your protected and precious soul space.
Maybe you can visualize a super small version of you walking and wandering around within,
Seeing and discovering your soul space,
Your uniqueness as if for the very first time.
So imagine that you don't know the regular everyday you and look around within here as you get a glimpse of who you originally are.
So not what's made you who you are today,
But who you were naturally born to be.
Just explore this very first version of yourself like an ancient temple in an overgrown forest.
Remain free and uninhibited.
Just openly see and rediscover your authentic self here now as you truly are in this present moment.
And just ask your attention to return to the breath and let your awareness of the felt sensations of the breath combine with the sound of the breath.
Slowly uniting and becoming one.
They weave together as your awareness flows with the breath and you discover an adventure throughout the architecture of your original self.
Noticing your inhalation,
How smooth it feels,
How graceful it flows and how sacred,
Miraculous and how precious it is.
Let this breath fill your lungs,
Chest,
Your heart and belly,
Even down to the base of your spine.
Appreciate all the space that your sacred breath occupies and continue to pay attention as you exhale.
Notice any awareness of every place the breath touches as it flows through every cell in your body.
Let the breath become your anchor as it keeps you steady,
Grounded.
So if the meditation sees get rough,
You can throw out your anchor and return to the peaceful and calm seas of the breath.
As you breathe,
Notice the gentle motion of the breath,
Stimulating the felt experiences,
Its path,
Its pace.
All sensory so that our awareness can attach to and be offered a real wisdom and that connection to our deeper core energies.
So these energies now have a stage to reveal.
They can be seen and heard.
So drop all the old preconceived ideas of what you are supposed to be and let your true authentic energies be reintroduced to your knowledge.
Old and new,
Stagnant,
Mobile,
Useless and useful energies that have bonded over the years and evolved into the person you are today.
And regardless of which gender we identify as,
We all have our masculine and feminine aspects.
This meditation raises our attention to the masculine and feminine traits and energies that are within each of us.
But they might be operating out of sync or perhaps even independently or defiantly rather than coherently.
So we let these energies rise up and reveal in these moments of truth,
Allowing them to surrender and find fulfillment.
We will be harmonizing our masculine and feminine energies and this will reward us with a true sense of peace and calm.
And freedom will flow in,
Lifting and liberating a total acceptance of ourself just as we exactly are.
So following the path of the breath into your soul,
Being led in to see the genuine expression of yourself here in these moments.
It's okay to go slowly or even one step forward and two steps backward.
So maybe you're resisting a little or maybe a lot.
It's fine.
Go cautiously and slowly and do your best to remain focused and attentive to your energies that begin to rise up to be noticed.
Your inner voice willing to be heard.
Maybe nothing is presenting.
Maybe there is nothing at all.
Just blackness or emptiness or even numbness and that's perfectly fine exactly as it is.
Just sit with the nothingness and patiently remain open to any messages that come up to the surface,
Up into your awareness.
Maybe something just needs a little longer to rise up and show.
You don't have to do anything.
Just remain open,
Watching any energies rise up exactly as they are,
However new or unfamiliar.
There is no need to fill any blanks with expectations of how you or anyone thinks that you should be or might be presenting.
Let the exhale offer you a sense of surrender and comfort.
Maybe even as if you are being lovingly held,
Receiving energy instead of expending it.
With kindness offer acceptance and let peace flow.
With compassion offer surrender not to give up on love but to receive love.
A love greater than you could have planned for.
A Divine Feminine is the guru of our emotions.
So now is the time to regain full connection to the emotional body,
Your Divine Feminine qualities.
Feel into the left side of your body.
Breathe into the left side of your body.
And let the breath out from the right side.
Gently breathing into the left as you comfort and stimulate your emotional body.
Continuing breathing into the left and out from the right.
And letting your energies,
Divine Feminine be swept up as if embraced with outreached arms.
And you can rejoice in unconditional acceptance,
Compassion and self love.
Let the energies flow and tingle their way into your heart,
Eyes and mind.
Sensing your inherent qualities of being kind,
Generous,
Wise and supportive.
Letting these energies be nurtured as you breathe soothingly into complete love.
Accepting all of these sweet energies as they satisfy and heal.
Rescuing your Divine Feminine and restoring them in line with your personal balance.
And so resting here now.
Appreciating how you are feeling.
As you breathe gently.
Nestling into the nurturing embrace of these returning energies.
Like being held carefully and fondly.
And letting any stuck emotions flow.
Letting any tears flow.
This is your renewal.
And I invite your attention now to come back inside.
Back in to discover your Divine Masculine energies.
Feeling into the right side of the body.
Breathing into the right side and directing the breath around so you breathe out from the left.
And maybe you can visualise this flow of energy just tenderly greeting and encircling your Divine Masculine.
This right to left flow will stimulate and arouse the Divine Masculine energies.
You might begin to feel more energised or more heat as you reconnect with your Divine Masculine.
Observe all your fundamental qualities of logic,
Rationality,
Strength,
Loyalty and leadership.
And you can surrender any defiance,
Any feelings of weakness or any ideas of control or reason.
And simply remain open.
Possibly vulnerable.
As you notice how these feelings clash with your Divine Masculine energies.
So you're no longer judging or covering up.
Simply watching.
Just to become aware of who you authentically are.
As you breathe out any previous expectations can be released.
You steady your energies and shift towards harmonising your Divine Masculine.
Letting the pure universal energies flow through you.
And your breath thoroughly breathes through your being.
And your attention lingers here.
Watching any stubborn traits lift and your Divine Masculine energies realigning back into your very own personal balance.
You're not losing any of your masculine energies.
They remain part of you.
But any over energised power creating an imbalance can be levelled out and reconditioned.
So any predetermined expectations they've left.
Any old conditioning of public opinion can unleash.
And all that energy that you've previously been consuming in resistance it now becomes available to you.
So breathing gently as you recirculate and ease the flow of reason,
Survival,
Adventure and determination.
And let acceptance and a cherished love settle and embody your Divine Masculine.
Resting here now.
And appreciating how you're feeling.
Breathing gently.
And nestling into the nurturing embrace of your energies as they reconcile,
Mend and calm.
Let any stark emotions flow.
Let any tears flow.
Let the breath be natural.
Let the breath calm.
And let the breath go.
Returning your awareness to the breath.
Let the breath flow evenly and visualise a gentle swirl of luminous energy gracing through your physical and emotional being.
Smile wisely as the knowing breath enlivens your Divine Masculine and your Divine Feminine energies.
And now see them together.
Side by side.
See your Divine Feminine.
And see your Divine Masculine.
What do they look like?
It's okay if you can't make out an image.
Maybe you can sense their energies.
But notice how are they communicating?
Are they cooperating with each other?
Are they facing each other or do they have their backs turned?
And asking yourself now,
Are you ready to absolutely unite your Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine?
Ready to experience sacred and complete field of unconditional love within yourself.
Yes.
Breathe into your heart space.
Breathe in the powerful,
Loving and healing nature of our universal energy.
Breathe it in.
And willingly surrender,
Openly convene and gratefully accept as we reunite Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energies.
See them happy,
Calm,
Serene and united.
See them together encased in a pristine,
Peaceful and pure light.
See them face each other and they both say,
I surrender.
I accept all that is as it is.
I forgive the past and I'm open to receiving compassion,
Care and kindness.
I am ready to transform,
Love and flourish.
I can feel myself evolving and I'm letting go of all expectations and outcomes.
I am ready to accept that I am all the love,
Beauty and light from a pure place of spirit.
I release any egoic attachment,
Desires,
Competition.
Together,
I can operate with cooperation,
My hand in your hand.
I feel suspended in an effortless union here with you in absolute harmony and togetherness.
And in this moment,
Allow them to be unified,
Allow them to tear down the barricades and blockades and all those beliefs that you have had.
Anything where your Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine could not work together in conjunction or in love.
Your Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine co-exist and they cannot exist without each other.
So breathing gently,
Observing their differences and allowing them to balance out and braid together.
And effortlessly breathing into this new wholeness within you.
Freedom from dominance,
Conflict and doubt.
Breathing deeply,
Softly expanding into these energies as they vibrate,
Penetrate through each and every cell of your entire being.
Can you feel it?
Sense this divine union of energies.
Feel it resonating throughout your whole body,
Through all your senses,
All your cells,
All through your whole emotional and physical body.
Be mesmerised here with unconditional self-love.
Let the vibration soothe with acceptance of self and a beautiful divine energy of total and complete oneness.
Breathing into the very core of who you are and seeing yourself now,
The true wonder of creation and joy that you are.
Because within yourself you can find everything,
Every answer,
Every purpose and every guidance.
Trust yourself and your instinct as it will always guide you to a place of your soul's purpose.
You are your own divinity.
So your complete divine and higher self is now your guide.
You can listen to your intuition,
You can focus on your dreams and harness your ability to manifest a beautiful world and life.
One where we all live as individuals,
Yet as one in total love,
Peace and joy.
Very gradually as our meditation draws to a close,
Just let your attention return to your physical body as you continue to breathe effortlessly.
Keeping your eyes closed and your focus within.
Notice your energy.
Feel your energy flowing within you.
Gently transitioning,
Returning back to the present moment,
Back into your body and just simply being here where you are.
I invite you to raise both hands and place them over your chest and heart.
Feel back into your energy in these moments,
Your returned way of being.
Feel your truth.
Keep it gathered close but let it resonate and shine out,
Touching all in your world and you know that no one can take away your power.
When it feels right,
Slowly opening your eyes,
Slowly returning your mindfulness back into the room you're in.
But keeping a promise to nurture your divine feminine and divine masculine energies,
Support their togetherness and blissful alignment.
