Good morning.
This is a waking meditation.
While you're resting,
You're gently coming back into the present.
Know that you can take as much time as you need to wake up,
To rise up.
Just gently,
Right now,
Taking a few deeper breaths,
Maybe bringing some tiny little movements into the body,
Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes.
While you're resting,
Or as you begin to move and wake up,
You can begin to notice an energy at the bottoms of your feet.
This is the energy of Mother Earth greeting you and encouraging you to rise into this beautiful new day.
Just take a few soft sighs of relief,
Knowing that this day will be completely supported wherever you go,
Whatever you do,
However you are.
You are completely supported by Mother Earth.
Allow this energy to gently wash up through your legs,
Filling your knees,
Flowing up your legs,
Filling your hips,
Relaxing in through the low back,
Maybe bringing in some soft movement and stretching,
Whatever feels good.
Noticing the energy fill your belly,
Filling up a space in your lower abdomen called the tanden.
It's your energy reservoir,
Your sea of ki.
Allow this energy to build.
Your tanden is like your personal battery,
And you can fill up with all the energy you need for the day ahead.
Just a soft and gentle witnessing of any place within your body will gather more energy there.
Take a few soft breaths here,
And be returning to wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Bringing the energy now into your solar plexus,
Your upper belly,
Storing up with the energy of the sun.
All the energy you're going to need for the day ahead,
You can gather in right now.
Now bringing the energy into your heart,
No matter what yesterday was,
Today is a new day.
Allow your heart to fill with the possibilities of a bright new morning,
A beautiful day ahead.
Just bringing a softness,
A kindness,
A compassion to your heart space,
Knowing that within your heart is a courage.
A courage so great,
You can overcome anything.
You have within your heart solutions,
Creativity,
And energy that will guide you.
Allow the energy of your heart to guide your day and make all the big important choices.
Allow everything else within you to serve your heart.
Bringing a softness in through the throat,
Maybe clearing the throat,
Bringing the energy into your third eye,
Your head,
And your brain,
Gently opening your eyes with a very soft gaze.
Bringing the energy right to your crown,
Right to the top of your head.
And if you haven't already,
Begin to move and stretch and bring your feet to the floor,
Bringing yourself up to sitting very gently,
Allowing your feet to touch the floor and your spine to be straight.
Just take a deep breath of gratitude now,
Gratitude that you have feet,
That you have your breath and you have your wise,
Compassionate heart to guide you.
You may begin to get up and get moving and just listen as you start the rest of your day.
Bringing the energy down all around you,
Around your aura and your energy field.
A layer of red energy surrounds your body.
Beyond the red,
A layer of orange.
Beyond the orange,
A layer of yellow all around you.
Beyond the yellow,
Green all around you.
Beyond the green,
Blue all around you.
Beyond the blue,
Indigo all around you.
And beyond the indigo,
A beautiful protective violet.
All of this beautiful energy now around your body,
Within your aura,
Feeling completely safe and protected as you go through the days ahead.
