Observe your thoughts without trying to control them,
Let them come and go like ocean waves on the beach,
When you notice a thought,
Observe the tension in your body,
Some thoughts bring tension into the body and other thoughts relax the body,
If you let go of the tension in the body,
The thought will go as well,
Rest here for a moment,
Just breathe and relax and let go,
Gently bring your attention back into the room,
Breathe deeply,
Breathe gently,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

You can open your eyes.
