For this sound meditation, I used crystal and Tibetan bowls that resonate with the sacral chakra, our center for emotions, relationships, sexuality, and creativity. It is the seat of our emotional body and where we process our feelings, desires, and pleasure. This chakra is linked to our capacity for intimacy and connection, influencing how we relate to others and experience the world.
