Hi,

Welcome.

Let's begin.

You don't need to do anything special right now.

Just let yourself be here as you are.

You might close your eyes or simply soften your gaze.

Take a slow breath in and gently exhale.

Feel the weight of your body being held by the earth.

Nothing to hold up.

Nowhere to go.

And just let the body breathe just as it is.

Let the breath find its rhythm.

Maybe noticing where in the body do you feel breath the most today.

Letting attention rest there.

And softly,

Without effort,

Notice how the breath arrives and how it leaves.

Rising,

Falling,

And changing.

No need to keep track.

If you wander,

Just come back when you can.

And now slowly bring your awareness to the body.

Just noticing what's here.

Is there tightness?

Is there stillness?

A place of warmth?

Nothing to fix.

Just sensing.

Let the shoulders soften.

The jaw release.

The belly soften.

Even a little.

Let the quiet speak.

Let stillness be the practice.

And when you're ready,

Begin to feel the ground again.

Maybe a deeper breath.

You might wiggle your fingers and toes.

Let your eyes open slowly if they were closed.

Before we end,

A moment to acknowledge yourself for showing up and for being here.
