Lucy is a yoga teacher, founder and director of Estuary Yoga Space, North Melbourne. She is dedicated to helping each person experience yoga on their own terms, as a practice and a guide in growing through life's challenges and joys. She continues her Mindfulness Meditation teacher training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. Her offerings are flavoured with explorations of Tantra, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Buddhist philosophy. Lucy's intention is to facilitate a supportive space that nurtures an embodied and empowered sense of self.
