This Reiki meditation teaches how to tap into elemental water energy in order to relax and create a spiritual shield. You will receive Distant Reiki throughout the entire meditation while being led through visualizations and mental exercises to help you focus on your chakras, aura, and physical state. You should be in water throughout this meditation so prepare your bath or shower in advance. Knowledge of the seven main chakras and how to open and close them will help, but is not required. Hello,

My name is Latanya Hill.

I am the founder of I'm Reiki Now and creator of KaReiki.

I want to thank you so much for joining me on this wonderful healing journey.

This particular meditation you can do in the bath or you can just do a visualization of you being in water of any kind.

So I want you to go ahead and if you choose to do this meditation in the bathtub as you're resting,

That will be great.

And if not,

Then I just want you to get in a comfortable position whether you are lying down or sitting.

But be in a place where you won't do too much movement.

I'll give you a chance to go ahead and get ready.

While you're doing this,

I want you to begin to breathe,

Taking some deep breaths in and out.

This meditation is also a Reiki meditation in which I will be sending you a distance Reiki.

And if there are any Reiki healers listening,

Please turn on your Reiki.

You should always have it on.

And use that also as part of this healing process.

By now,

You should be in position.

What I want you to do is to just close your eyes and now I want you to take one deep breath,

Inhaling for 10 seconds and then exhaling for 10 seconds.

Let's do it now together.

Exhale.

I want you to begin opening up your chakras.

For those persons who are unfamiliar with your chakras,

I want you to start at the top,

The crown chakra at the top of your head.

And then I want you to go to your third eye chakra,

Which is in the center of your forehead.

Then your throat chakra,

Your heart chakra.

Then you're going to go down to your solar plexus,

Which is right underneath the rib cage.

Your sacral,

Which is right below the belly button,

And then your root,

Which is in the pelvis area.

Now let's spend a little time opening up those seven chakras.

Remember,

You're going sequentially from top to bottom.

And if you don't remember the name,

That's okay.

Just think of a beautiful line of light going from the top of your head all the way down your torso,

Down your stomach,

Down into the pelvis area and just opening up windows or flowers or whatever you choose to visualize.

And as you're doing this,

You're allowing your body to also begin to relax.

You're feeling your shoulders down.

The tension flowing.

That same feeling as you're opening these chakras is going down to your hands,

Fingers.

You feel your back loosening up,

Hips,

Legs begin to relax.

The tension is moving out of your legs,

Ankles and feet,

All the way to your toes.

Let's continue this until you just feel nothing but the waves or the water or just the water surrounding you.

This is the point.

You want to become one with the water.

In order to do this,

We have to open those chakras and allow your body to relax.

So let's just take some time again doing this.

Focus.

If you need to take a deep breath and go right ahead.

Your focus should always be chakras and fingers.

If your hands begin to feel beautiful as it's floating in the water,

Energy,

Life source moving into you,

Your chakras.

Your chakras should be open.

You should have this feeling of relaxation.

This should be floating on top of the water,

Breaking out.

Your spread of energy,

That life source moving.

The palms of your hand,

Shoulders,

To the chakras,

Solar plexus,

Your sacral,

Down to your legs,

Ankles,

The bottom of your feet.

Feel all of that energy in each and every single chakra,

Energy point.

Muscles are relaxed,

Yourself,

But you're also a part of my chakra.

Possibilities of stay with this flow,

Where it shall,

It takes you.

At the same time,

Just feel.

Feel everything,

Completely,

To the sense and point where it overwhelms you.

Once it gets to the point where you feel as if it's too much,

Allow all of that energy to go into the water,

To be released outwards.

Filling that tub up,

Filling up that space,

Completely.

Continue this process until you feel your body is completely released of all excess energy,

And there's nothing left but a feeling of peace and tranquility.

Ready?

I want you to begin closing up your chakras,

The same way in which you opened them.

We started the crown,

At the top of the head,

The third eye,

Center of the forehead,

Right throat chakra,

The heart chakra,

Solar plexus,

Sacral,

And then the root.

Now,

If you feel you want to continue,

That's fine,

But for everyone else,

I want you to take a deep breath,

Inhale for ten,

Now exhale ten.

Bring yourself back to awareness,

And just continue with your night.

After this,

I suggest you just go ahead and relax for the evening,

And go to bed.

Or if you're doing this in the middle of the day,

Take it easy.

Have a nice,

Comfortable,

Freestyle day.

Don't do too much.

Just enjoy the moment,

And keep the feelings going,

And keep that emotion contained,

And that energy contained,

And at the same time,

Allow what happens to happen,

And just accept whatever comes your way for the day.

Okay?

As I'd like to say,

From my heart chakra to yours,

And if not,

Please continue.

The more you practice,

The better you are at opening and closing,

And allowing the energy to come in,

And having that feeling of becoming one with the water,

With your surroundings,

And understand that this can be practiced anywhere,

Even if you don't want to do it in the water.

Just do it sitting out in nature,

Or in your room,

And just becoming one with your surroundings,

And the energy around you.

I want you to really tap in,

And this is one way to do it.

So again,
