This Lotus Blossom Meditation is a beautiful way to connect back to your heart. It takes the listener on a journey inwards, starting an awareness of the breathe and then slowly stepping deeper. Using the opening and blossoming of a lotus flower as a means to help us let go of the tension, the stress and the heaviness that can build around our heart.
