Across continents, the Himalayas, far flung monasteries, inspiring teachers, taking time to sit, to be and listen to a dream unfold. Finally landing in New Zealand, via marriage & two beautiful children, she has built a community of yogis over 16 years. She loves to share, bringing a wealth of experience, compassion and laughter into her teachings.
