As someone who has struggled with insomnia for over a decade,

I know how hard it can be to relax before bed.

Listen to these affirmations before you fall asleep to prepare your body into a relaxing deep sleep.

Allow yourself to feel fully relaxed right now.

Allow every word to enter your mind and bring a calm feeling into your body.

This is time for you to relax.

Allow peace to flow through your body with every word I say.

You can either repeat these affirmations to yourself,

Or you can just listen and allow my soft spoken words to prepare you to fall asleep.
