This is a guided meditation for loneliness.

Make sure that you are comfortable either sitting down or laying down somewhere where you will not be disturbed for the duration of this meditation.

You are walking along a pathway next to a quiet beach with the peaceful sounds of the ocean flowing in and out.

The bright sun is beginning to set as you look out across to where the waves meet the blue sky.

Along your path you see a person sitting on a bench and you notice a familiar face.

Who are they?

Someone who you wanted to be,

Whether a family member,

A friend or someone you love or admire.

They smile at you as they see you approaching and you smile back at them.

You take a seat next to them and they hold out their arms to you for a warm embrace.

In their arms you feel completely safe and loved.

The feeling of love covers you entirely.

It's a peaceful feeling that brings joy to you and your heart.

They tell you to place a hand on your heart and as you place your hand upon your heart notice the rise and fall in your chest as you breathe deeply.

They remind you that within your heart there is a place of warmth through your body.

This warmth is given to you from this love and it is a reminder that you are never alone.

Within yourself there is always love.

With your hand on your heart they ask you to find the feeling of loneliness within your body.

Without judgement just notice the loneliness.

How it looks?

How it feels?

Is it small or big?

Light or heavy?

Where does it sit within you?

They look into your eyes and tell you to take a deep breath and cover the feeling of loneliness with this warmth from their love.

In their eyes you see their love for you.

You see that they feel only happiness towards you.

No disappointment,

No judgement,

Just pure love.

They are proud of you,

They believe in you,

They know that you will be okay and that you are strong.

You let go of all of your self doubt and allow your thoughts to feel this way about yourself.

You lean your head on their shoulder and feel the love and safety within their embrace.

They are here to protect you,

To remind you that you are not alone.

They are always there within your heart.

You sit together and listen to the waves,

Allow the sound of the waves to wash away any negative emotions that you are holding onto.

In this moment you notice the pure energy of love and peace flowing to you from them and you no longer feel alone.

This feeling of love and safety stays with you inside your heart reminding you every day that it doesn't matter how far away your loved ones are as their love is always there inside of you,

Keeping your heart warm and making you feel happiness.

As the sun sets,

Keep this feeling inside of you,

Remember the way this person makes you feel and the fullness within your heart and soul right now.

Whenever you are feeling alone,

Just remember that this feeling is inside of your heart,

It's there to remind you that you are not alone and everything will be okay.
