Hey,

Welcome to this sleep meditation for pure empowerment.

This meditation is for you to access your inner strength whilst you are enjoying a relaxing deep sleep.

This powerful feeling lives within you,

But often we do not allow ourselves to access it,

Either due to a low self-esteem or self-doubt that keeps us in a negative mindset.

Well,

We are going to change that right now,

So that you can be fully relaxed and wake up tomorrow feeling completely empowered and ready to take on the day.

So,

To begin with,

As this is a sleep meditation,

Make sure that you are in a comfortable position in bed with a warm cover over you and a comfortable pillow beneath your head.

We are going to do a quick body scan to release any tension or stress that you are holding onto from your day.

So,

Beginning with your head,

Which should now be softly placed upon a pillow.

Any thoughts of worry,

Release them as you breathe in and out,

Releasing any worries from your mind.

Taking this time for yourself to relax and clench your jaw and gently close your eyes.

Sinking your way down your body,

Focusing on your neck,

Releasing tension as you breathe in and out.

Focusing on your shoulders and back,

Sinking into the surface below you as you breathe in and out.

Your arms are becoming heavier and heavier as you become more and more relaxed.

Down through your stomach and hips,

Releasing any pressure as you breathe in and out.

Sinking on your legs,

Your thighs and calves,

Down to your ankles and feet.

Release any stress that is within you as you take a deep breath in and out.

Sinking entirely as you breathe in and out.

Your body is fully relaxed from your head down to your toes.

You are calm and ready to enjoy a deep sleep.

Allow your subconscious to continue listening to my voice as I take you through this powerful journey of finding your inner strength and power.

Take a moment to envision yourself.

You have power within you.

Right now envision how it feels within your body.

Focus on this feeling of empowerment.

Notice the movement within you as you bring this power out from the place that you hide it within you.

It's been hidden away in a place that only you can access.

Envision that that power is inside of you.

You are becoming the person that you want to be.

You are releasing any self doubt that lives inside of your mind.

With your next inhale you will bring power into your body and with your next exhale you will be releasing any self doubt that you are holding onto.

You are inhaling power and exhaling self doubt.

You are becoming stronger and stronger.

Enriching yourself with this perfect feeling of happiness,

Confidence,

Self love,

Pure empowerment.

You are empowered.

Your body is powerful.

Your mind is powerful.

Your words and thoughts are powerful.

You have the ability to change your life.

You have the ability to change your mindset.

You have the ability to change the world around you.

With this power within you,

You are stronger and ready to take on anything that comes your way.

You are ready to succeed.

With this power within you,

Anything is possible.

However you want to feel.

If you want to feel strong,

Then you can access that strength within you and show yourself how to be strong.

Bring out that strength that you already have and notice how this strength fills within you.

If you want to be confident,

Access the confidence that is within you.

Allow this confidence to be available for you.

You have this confidence already within you.

You just have to teach yourself how to use it and notice how this confidence fills.

Notice a shift in your body as you are releasing any negative thoughts and focusing on your strength,

Your confidence,

Your inner power.

You are strong,

You are confident and you are powerful.

You can be whatever you want to be.

Focus on who you want to be and how you want to feel.

Envision that you already are exactly who you want to be.

You already have the ability to be this person.

You have access to these feelings.

You are exactly who you want to be right now.

You already feel how you want to feel.

You notice this happiness and positivity inside of yourself and it feels amazing to feel this way.

You are strong.

You are confident.

You are powerful.

These feelings are already within you and you are accessing them right now.

These feelings will continue to stay with you as long as you allow them to be there.

You have the opportunity to be whatever you want to be.

Always remember that you are in control.

You can enjoy this peaceful sleep and continue to embrace this pure empowerment within you.
