Hey,

Welcome to this manifestation for happiness and sleep.

This is a powerful meditation that can help you to reach your ultimate dreams in life by manifesting your true happiness whilst enjoying deep sleep.

To begin with,

Make sure that you are completely comfortable in bed.

Make sure that you are feeling warm with a quilt or blanket.

You are resting your head comfortably on a pillow,

Allowing yourself to experience the most calming relaxation in this moment.

Give yourself this moment to release any stress from your day.

As you take a deep breath in and out,

Feeling more and more relaxed as you breathe in and out,

Notice your body feeling calm as you breathe in and out.

Continue to notice your breathing at a comfortable rhythm.

Just noticing the rise and fall in your chest and stomach.

Allow your shoulders begin to release tension.

And your entire body is letting go of any pressure.

Feeling fully relaxed.

And now take a moment to notice your thoughts without changing them or adding any stories to them.

Just notice them.

Just notice the thoughts you have in this relaxed moment.

When noticing these thoughts,

Are they positive or negative?

Do your thoughts make you feel optimistic or pessimistic?

And in these thoughts,

Are you thinking about the past,

The present or the future?

In taking the time to notice your thoughts before bed,

You may be able to see how they affect your sleep and even how they can affect your future.

Feeling negative or pessimistic thoughts about life before bed can create a negative sleep experience,

And ultimately,

A negative moment can create more negativity in the following day.

But we are going to change that right now.

We are going to make sure that you are going to sleep full of positivity,

Gratitude and excitement towards the future.

So I want you to right now focus on your thoughts again,

But this time I want to ask you what in the world makes you happiest?

This doesn't need to be just one thing.

This can be a person,

A place,

A hobby,

A food,

Whatever comes to your mind when I say what makes you happy.

And I'm sure that you already have things popping into your mind,

So right now I'm going to give you a moment to just think of all of the things that make you feel truly happy.

Any negative thoughts?

Just let them go and think about what makes you happy.

And now I want you to take a moment to imagine what your life would look like if you felt this happiness every single day.

Imagine how amazing you would feel,

How positive things would be and how grateful you would feel to have so much happiness.

Take a moment to imagine your future full of all of this happiness.

Imagine your future is full of love,

Full of joy,

Full of everything you dream of.

Take a moment and imagine exactly how that would feel and what your life would look like with all of this happiness.

And now I want you to take a moment and imagine what your future would look like.

You are manifesting this happiness into your life simply by noticing it.

Noticing it by noticing how it feels,

Noticing how it looks.

You are noticing exactly what you want from the future.

You are noticing what will make you truly happy in life.

And you are allowing yourself to fully invite this feeling into your mind and body.

You can have this happiness.

You can have this life that you dream of.

Focus on that dream life,

That happiness,

That love,

That joy.

Allow the feeling to be real inside of you and you will have everything that you dream of.

I want you to take another moment of just picturing this dream life and picture all of the small details.

Picture what your life looks like at the end of the day when you are sitting in bed.

Picture your surroundings,

Who you are with,

How you are feeling.

You are the happiest you have ever felt.

You are full of joy.

You are full of gratitude.

You are so,

So grateful for this life that you are living that is full of happiness.

And keep that picture in your mind for a moment.

Picture how happy you are and how happy you feel within yourself in this dream life that you are living.

And now take some deep breaths and allow yourself to become more and more relaxed.

You are breathing in happiness and breathing out.

Breathing in joy.

And breathing out.

Breathing in gratitude.

And as you breathe out you are feeling more and more sleepy.

Breathing in relaxation.

And as you exhale noticing your body is fully relaxing.

You are fully relaxing with each exhale.

Feeling so sleepy and so relaxed.

Keep this positive feeling within you as you enjoy a deep sleep.

Continue to feel happy and calm.

And you can allow yourself to fall asleep in this happy moment.

Enjoying a deep sleep knowing that you are creating the future that you dream of.

You are manifesting this happiness.

And you can enjoy a peaceful relaxing deep sleep.
