Welcome to this sleep meditation.
We will be using positive affirmations to help you to bring self-love into your life whilst you enjoy a deep sleep.
Loving yourself is important,
It can change the way that you see the world and the way that you see yourself within the world.
Self-love is important in relationships,
Knowing that you are worthy of the love that you receive from others,
Also in work,
Knowing that you are worthy of the role that you play in your day to day life and that you deserve the best for yourself.
When we love ourselves we become open to receiving love,
We often put ourselves down using negative words and the more negativity that we place upon ourselves the more we begin to believe these things.
Without self-love we will not truly know our full potential.
These affirmations will help you to reprogram your mind to love yourself and love your life.
Listen to these affirmations whilst you sleep and allow yourself to manifest this feeling of self-love and reprogram your mind to feel this way.
So make sure that you are in a comfortable place and in a comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out,

Allow any tension or stress to leave your body as you breathe in and out.
Letting go of any negative thoughts,

Settle into a deep relaxation to fall asleep and allow each of these affirmations to enter your mind as you rest.
