Hey,
I recently created a 10 minute affirmation meditation for you to listen to on your lunch break and I decided to create a quick 5 minute version of the video so if you just want to quickly listen to some affirmations whilst you're having maybe a stressful day then you can use this video instead.
So I'm going to say some positive affirmations for you,
And I want you to repeat them to yourself.
You can repeat them either in your mind or out loud,
Whatever is better for you.
With every word I say,
I want you to repeat them and fully feel and fully believe that each of these affirmations are true.
So take a deep breath in and out and repeat after me.
I deserve time to recharge.
I am doing my best.
I believe in myself.
No one can make me feel inferior.
I know my worth.
I am strong.
I am getting stronger every day.
I was not made to give up.
I am worthy of my dreams.
Whenever challenges come my way,
I can overcome them.
I can succeed and I will.
I can do this.
Listen to these affirmations whenever you are feeling stressed and need a moment and a reminder that everything is okay.
