Of Lemon Tree!

Hello,

It's Laura Lemon Tree here.

I'm going to take you on a journey to the beach.

Notice your breathing and slow down the pace.

I want you to close your eyes and wiggle about until you're in a comfortable position.

You are relaxed,

Still and happy.

Now take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Notice your breath and feel the positive energy coming in and out of your body.

Notice your body.

Your body feels heavy and soft.

Notice the feeling of your heavy body and slowly breathing in and out.

And out.

Now we are ready,

We can start our journey.

You have arrived at the beach.

There are lots of beautiful things around you.

You can hear the chitter-chatter of children everywhere.

Take a moment to have a look.

It's nice and warm.

The sun is shining golden and the sea is shining blue.

I want you to take a deep breath in,

Hold it gently before you breathe out and relax.

You are sat down in the sand.

Dig your fingers into the sand.

How does it feel?

The grains of the sand are trickling through your fingers.

It feels gentle and soft.

Think about this feeling as you breathe in and out.

You see the birds around you gliding through the air.

They look peaceful as they slowly pass by in the wind.

The beach is golden and the sea sparkles in the sunshine.

Feel its rays shining on your face.

You can hear the sea lapping on the edge of the sand.

You listen to the sounds and the rhythm of the waves.

Swish and swash.

Swish and swash.

The waves lapping on the wet sand.

It's the same rhythm of your breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

You feel comfortable and relaxed.

You feel happy and safe.

The warm water tickles your toes.

You love the feeling of being by the sea and smile when you see your family close by.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Feel the energy of the warm air around you.

Look down to your feet.

You see some shells in the wet sand.

There are lots of beautiful ones,

All of different shapes and sizes.

You go and collect some for your sand castles.

They look shiny and colourful in the water.

Which one do you like the most?

Choose the one you care for,

The one you love to take home with you to your family.

You feel happy and thankful with your gift from the beach.

Slowly take a look around you.

What a beautiful and happy place.

Appreciating everything,

From the little things on the sand to the sea and the birds.

This is your favourite summer beach journey.

Now breathe one last time and feel your chest rise up and up and breathe out.

You are thankful for your visit.

You collect your things,

Brush off the sand and wave goodbye.

As you leave together,

You feel happy,

Rested and relaxed.

Now slowly and gently open your eyes.
