Hi and namaste.

My name is Samantha Tomaczak and I will be guiding you through a practice on gratitude.

I invite you to take a seat,

Lay down,

Or find a posture that honors you in this moment here and now.

Closing your eyes or finding a soft focal point or trishti and allowing the worries of the day cease.

Simply letting them seep into the earth.

And drawing your focus towards the breath without any intention of changing or altering it.

Just observing it here and now.

Thank yourself for taking the time to dedicate to this practice.

And allow yourself to anchor in gratitude.

If it is difficult to find things,

Places,

Or people to be grateful for in this moment,

You can start by thanking yourself for this body,

This time,

The time to practice,

This space,

And this love.

You can start the phrase by,

I find gratitude for the earth that kisses my feet.

I find gratitude for the air that fills my lungs.

I find gratitude for the water that hydrates my body.

I find gratitude for the technology to access these tools.

I find gratitude for this practice.

I find gratitude for the people in my life.

I recognize that each individual has been placed in my life to help me on my journey towards the highest good.

I recognize that each individual in my life contains infinite wisdom.

And I am grateful for the opportunity to learn.

I find gratitude for love.

I find gratitude for my life's challenges for helping me grow and become who I am.

And when your gratitude cup is full,

When you are bursting with love,

I invite you to take your hands to heart center and Anjali Mudra and bring your hands above your head to offer this gratitude towards someone who may need it.

Towards the collective.

Towards a greater purpose.

May this gratitude nourish the seeds of the earth.

May our individual growth allow for collective growth.

May our individual healing promote collective healing here in this moment.

I invite you to extend this visualization and imagine your offering of gratitude ring back upon you.

I thank you for taking this time with me.

You can continue this practice if you'd like.

Or if you feel ready and calm and nourished.

You can gently wiggle the toes and the fingers.

And blink the eyelashes open.

If you enjoyed this meditation,

You can leave a comment down below.

Save it for later.

Share it with a friend.

Or even offer a paid offering.

I appreciate your time and dedication.

Namaste.
