I am safe in my own presence.
Welcome love,
Let's take this moment,
This practice,
Just for you.
Finding a comfortable space,
Sitting or lying down,
And allow yourself to fully arrive.
Spine is long,
Body relaxes.
You're here in this moment,
Beginning this practice,
And that is enough.
Close your eyes if that feels good,
And take a deep breath in through the nose,
And a long gentle exhale out of the mouth.
Do that a couple more times,
Breathing in through the nose,
And out of the mouth.
The breath,
Maybe it slowly returns to a more natural rhythm,
Or you can intentionally draw your inhales in and out as we move through this practice today.
Letting your shoulders relax,
Relaxing your jaw,
There's nowhere to go right now,
Nothing to do,
Just this moment,
Just this breath.
Letting this space here today be a soft landing for you,
Nothing to prove,
You can just be here,
Allow these words to wash over you,
You are enough exactly as you are.
I am safe in my own presence.
Today I begin with breath,
I begin with softness.
I begin by turning inward,
Not to fix,
Not to change,
But simply to be with myself.
I am safe in my own presence.
I am safe here in my body with my breath.
I do not need to perform,
I do not need to explain,
I can just be.
Let these words wash over you,
Letting your being recalibrate as you are held in the rhythm of your breath.
I am safe in my own presence.
I am supported from within.
I am enough not because of what I do,
But because of who I am.
You can gently place a hand on your heart or your belly if you haven't already,
If that feels supportive.
Feel yourself,
Your own body,
Your own being,
Your own presence,
Steady,
Soft,
And whole.
There is a quiet strength here,
A groundedness.
An annoying that says I can trust myself.
I can move through today rooted in gentleness and grace.
I feel my body on the earth,
Wherever I am in space.
I feel my heart rising to meet me.
I feel the calm within me expanding,
And I know I am held.
I am safe in my own presence.
As you move through your day,
Remember this,
You do not need to rush back into doing.
You can bring this grounded softness with you.
Let your breath be your anchor,
Let your presence be your home.
You are not too much,
You are right on time.
And you are always safe in your own beautiful presence.
Take a few more deeper breaths here as we start to close this practice together.
Some nice longer exhales.
You are welcome to stay resting as long as you like.
When you are ready,
Gently returning to the space around you,
Carrying the sense of steadiness and safety of you into the rest of your day.
I love you,
I wish you a beautiful day ahead,
Love Ashley.
