Meditation Timer OnlineAfter navigating multiple chronic illness diagnoses in her early twenties, she turned to meditation and yoga as a way to make sense of her experience. Living with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is no joke! Oddly enough, sitting on a cushion and contemplating the nature of existence helped her find clarity. She lives in Burlington, Vermont with her partner Dan and their corgi, Winnie. To find joy, she spends lots of time outside and bakes gluten-free treats for her friends. She has always wanted to help people become the best version of themselves. Because her spirituality has supported her so deeply in working through health challenges, that was the first place she turned to when beginning to help others. In college, she trained extensively as a hypermobile-aware yoga instructor, Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and meditation mentor. Finding a way to make movement fun and safe again has been one of the most empowering and joyful experiences of her life, and she would love the opportunity to share that with others.
